Awesome home for girls weekend!

This home is exactly as pictured, very spacious! It was very comfortable for 15 of us, with room for more! The pool was a nice added feature for our group. Owner was very accommodating and Tricia at the management company went above and beyond with communication! Much appreciated!! 20 min walk to shopping was good for exercise but after buying things, we needed to Uber back. This does not take away from the beautiful home though.

Sister weekend

My 4 sisters stayed here last year & loved it so much we had to return! We are going to make it an annual tradition! The house is very spacious & clean! The weather was wonderful so we were able to sit around the pool talking & laughing! We were close enough to walk to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy the shops & restaurants.

Multiple Family Stay

Modern, clean, spacious- good location. There were 13 of us-plenty of room for all. We had our elderly parents with us and they navigated the 1st floor easily. They used the side door to go to the pool area independently. We rented bikes for the week- the bike trail is very close by. Pool was wonderful- plenty of outdoor seating. Outdoor corn hole and axe throwing. Indoor ping pong, foosball and arcade game with LOTS of games. Remax was very responsive when I called- the trash was missed ( service never took cans out for pick up). 1 call and it was handled. This home is within walking distance of many area attractions.

Family vaca # 2 at this property

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome beach house. It is perfect for our group of 13. The front porch and pool are great amenities. The home is also very spacious and is in a great location. Its a short 1 mile walk to the beach. We'll likely be back again!!

Great house for lots of people

We loved the house and how it was freshly updated. There was lots of room for us all to spread out and yet feel like we were spending time together. We appreciated how it was over stocked with necessities in the kitchen as well. We would definitely rent again in the future!

Sisters Weekend

My 4 sisters & I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved the house! It was clean & spacious. It is located within walking distance to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk & shopping! We definitely want to make this an annual trip!!

My family and I have been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany beach for the past 5 years and we usually like to switch up the properties we rent. This property by far has been the worst and the worst advertised. We were 9 people in total and when we hung out upstairs we were on top of each other. We could not hang out downstairs because of the intense mildew smell and the backed up sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The other down side to this property is there is no direct out to the pool. You have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. This was not acceptable for my elderly parents. The AC never properly worked, one night the thermostat hit 80. The upstairs fridge never kept anything cold and the freezer kept opening every time you opened the fridge and things melted. For the amount of money spent on this property, you would have expected 5 star all the way. Overall, this property is not worth the price and I am still waiting for someone to exactly tell me what episode of HGTV beach makeover this house was on!!! We will not rent this property again.

The best of everything!

Great house. Fully stocked and then some. Once a year our family gets together here in Rehoboth and this is by far our favorite. Easy commute to beach. Hope to be back next year and many years to come.

We had 8 adults and 8 children stay for a week in this home and we had a great time! The house is decorated so cute, the outdoor space is terrific, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway

A group of friends getting together for a weekend of relaxation, shopping, eating, fun and games. The house had plenty of space where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard is a nice touch with the pool. I wish it was better weather to enjoy the pool.

Well equipped and situated

My family and I were very impressed with the house and amenities during our recent stay. The home is unassuming from the front but is very spacious, well appointed and brimming with family friendly games and activities. We were weary of the location (across from a gun shop) but ended up really appreciating it's proximity to art fairs and the bus to the boardwalk. The house was also really close to 227 Rent where we were able to rent a baby crib. My family chooses a different house every year. We've stayed in the Hamptons and Cape Cod but felt that this was the best house and location thus far, especially for families with young kids. I highly recommend hitting up the Big Chill Beach Club and Crooked Hammock Brewery if you're looking for a place to relax with a drink while the kiddos play. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Perfect!

The ONLY thing this property lacks is a view, and you know that going in. The home was spacious, spotlessly clean, and easily accessible to everywhere. We were a large group of 17 (including a baby). Every possible amenity is available! The pool is absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is FULLY stocked, and we have rented many places, many times. The home NEVER felt crowded, and showering or privacy were never an issue. It is truly deceptive how large this property really is! We would absolutely return to this rental. The only caution I would provide is the access to the lower level, where you initially enter, is not handicap friendly. The outside stairs are steep, as are the internal stairs. Was never an issue for our particular group, and we had a person that had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago. The ground floor level is only 5 steps into the home, and everything is available on the ground floor. Truly terrific vacation!

Updated and Clean - Great for Families

This house looks like it was newly remodeled. It did not look like a normal rental with wear and tear. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and so was the enclosed back yard - perfect for kids. There was a brewery and food truck across the street along with a creative market space and farmer's market. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach but only 7-10 min walk to restaurants, coffee, bakeries, etc. Bike path runs along the road so there's plenty of room to walk and enjoy the area. We'd definitely return.
