Färdigt i juni 2016. Detta vackra vita cederträshus ligger bara 2 korta kvarter till Rehoboth Ave och 2 kvarter till stranden. Huset har en öppen planlösning inklusive stort kök / matplats öppet för nytt 22 'x 22 "vardagsrum med stor platt-TV med välvda tak. Den första våningen kommer att ha 3 sovrum, inklusive en stor 18 "x 24" privat master svit på baksidan av huset som inkluderar våt bar, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och egen ingång. Köket och matsalen har ett stort matbord och ett stort köksö, anpassade skåp och bänkskiva i granit.

Huset har en stor öppen veranda med plats för både avkoppling och matsal, det finns också en trädgård med sidogård med pergola, propangrill och uteservering

På andra våningen finns ytterligare tre sovrum med sovrum och tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Superb spot for Family gathering

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Sisters and few daughters spent a weekend at David's place, it was the perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and brisk boardwalk stroll. The house had all the right amenities and just the right size for our group to enjoy a relaxing weekend. David was very accommodating to any of our request and I would highly recommend renting a property from him. A big thanks to David for the Maryland Ave. weekend we spent at his place, everyone had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Beach House

Great house for groups

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Rehoboth Beach House

It was the perfect house for a birthday weekend at the beach for my fiancé. The house is beautiful and spacious with an ideal location – steps away from Rehoboth Ave and the beach. It comfortable slept 6 couples and each bedroom had a bathroom which was greatly appreciated. David was incredibly easy to work with and the perfect host.

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!

We hold a little retreat for family and friends every year. House was perfect for us. Every room had it's own bathroom so couples have their privacy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Open areas were great for gather together. Parking was a bit tight.

Great house in perfect location

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Walkable to boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Every bedroom had its own bathroom- wonderful for multiple couples. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious. We would go there again.

Perfect for our family getaway

Overall, great place for large families! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. We are a cooking family so worried a bit on kitchen tools but was pleasantly surprised to see everything we needed was already available. My only minus, you have to bring everything or rent. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Not a show stopper but a pain for those traveling by air. Will be back next year!
