This is a beautiful, clean, roomy home in a great location. The living room has comfortable seating for 9 or more people and the dining and kitchen area also easily handled our group of 8 adults with room to spare. We loved that each of the 6 bedrooms had their own nice bathroom. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a large home near the beach.

Great house in perfect location

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Highlights of the Rehoboth rental included close location to the boardwalk, good communication with the host, a well-stocked kitchen, 3 terrific airy bedrooms on the second floor with large walk-in showers, a second floor new LG washer/dryer unit, and a good parking situation (2 driveways plus parking passes for street parking). Other highlights included a large mother-in-law suite with a large walk-in shower, separate refrigerator, and new LG washer-dryer. Limitations of the rental were an old limited-size dishwasher and a broken second dishwasher, very high bed in the mother-in-law suite which was not feasible for use by the senior members of our group (that included a disabled person who was unable to climb into the bed), poor drainage of a key bathroom sink, 2 of 3 living room couches very old and uncomfortable, and old unclean rugs on beautifully refinished floors. The lighting in the living room was difficult for reading or playing board games. Compared with the weekly cost of other home rentals we have had in Rehoboth during the past few years, the cost of this rental was more reasonable.

Superb spot for Family gathering

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

Great house for groups

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.
