Property was very clean and and decorated beautifully. The extra amenities like pool towels, etc!

Your home & pool were delightful.. Location on the channel perfect. Patio perfect. We would have benefitted from more instruction on how to manage the temperature of the pool and DISH T.V.’s through your the property . Thank you

Perfect little getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. My husband and I brought our two boys (5 and 7) for spring break and the house was perfect. When we arrived the house was thoroughly cleaned and the little details that came with our stay made it a 5/5 (charging cords, labeled switches, indoor/outdoor party lights, outdoor tv, lots of different places to sit, the list goes on and on). On top of it… the house was in a great location! So much to walk to. I would strongly suggest to anyone with a family of 6 or less.

Disappointing

I have rented multiple times through VRBO and always had great experiences. Somehow this got handed off yo Vacasa? There was no pool heat and no emphasis on that as an option at the time of booking which I recall with other rentals. When I attempted to call and ask for it I was told I had to request it 48 hours ahead. That’s ridiculous. I believe that is due to not having any local property people. I tried calling the number in the binder and the voicemail was full. House has a great layout but desperately needs an update. From paint to televisions s-everything was outdated. Won’t rent again and I will absolutely not get knowingly looped into Vacasa-all the online reviews are accurate.

Disappointed in lack of communication for heated pool

House was great. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Laundry was convenient. Kitchen did not have much in terms of supplies. There was no gas in the outdoor grill. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, suspect, whoever load of them did not check them. We were mostly disappointed that the pool was not heated upon arrival. No one gave us the option to heat the pool. We would’ve paid to heat the pool but by the time we discovered how to go about it, they told us that the pool probably would not heat up until the day we left. My wife was massively disappointed in the pool situation. The pool was very nice but it was ice cold. Again I would’ve gladly paid to heat the pool but no sense heating the pool if it’s not warm until you leave.

Spring Break

This house was perfect for our family of 4. We easily could have had 2 more stay with us. There was tons of room!The pool & lanai area was our favorite part of the house. This house had everything we needed & it's close to everything in Marco Island. We loved everything about it & would highly recommend to any family of 4-6 people.

Not a pleasant stayed

AC was at 83 degrees when first when in (4pm), thermostat was been handle by the owner of the property, we called and by 8 pm they lower it. Cooking pans were found dirty stored away, house was not very clean.

Location was great

The location of this home was great. It's a short 4 min drive to the stores and restaurants. The home does need an update and we did have a issue with some bugs in the home.

Very nice property. Management could be better

The house and property themselves were very nice and as advertised. The only negative was on the management end. We had requested and paid for pool heat. That never happened (our money as refunded). Communication with the management company was difficult. Although the house was clean, there was a roll away bed and other items left on the front stoop from prior occupants. It was never removed the entire week we were there. All in all, it was a nice place. It would benefit from a more attentive local property manager.

Truly a vacation to remember!

This house has it all! First, it was very clean upon arrival, Pool was immaculate and so many seating options on the patio and on the dock. Pool toys were inflated and ready for use which made our kids SO happy. In the garage they had bikes, a stand up paddle board, coolers, fishing poles, fishing nets, Etc. Plenty of extra sheets, blankets and towels. Even beach towels! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spectacular. Everything was set up perfectly. Property is minutes away from anything and everything (beach, shopping, restaurants). House was spotless and all necessities in the unit. Would definitely rent property again.

This is a beautiful home. It had everything you need and want. It’s beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and you have lots of privacy. I would stay here again and again. This is a “no fear” rental. You’ Be very happy with it!
