Loved the house! We were able to check in early and go straight to the pool! Jodi had beach towels for us and a cool wagon to lug our stuff as well as chairs for the beach! I would love to stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

Family stayed here for 1 week. The place was very clean and the owner was very responsive for questions we had. Lots of amenities to do in the area and in the Beachwalk community! Very enjoyable week!!

Great for family get away

Great beach get away for families with young kids. Beachwalk has great amenities and the beach is pretty close, especially if you rent a golf cart. Definitely will be back!

Comfortable house for weekend trip!

Great spot - lots of amenities

Great communication and ease of using the property. There were guests right behind us with a lot of cars, so we didn't feel like we could use the back yard space, but there were plenty of other places. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

This is perfectly placed, the walk to the beach is not far at all the place comes with a heavy duty wagon. The community place was so fun. Our boys loved the ping pong tables and ice cream. The house had everything we needed, Jodi is amazing and communicated and responded quickly. I have already recommend this place to friends.

Cozy Cottage at Beachwalk

The name says it all! Cozy Cottage. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Cute decorations and everything we needed plus a couple extras we never expected (beach towels and beach chairs but very much appreciated). The owner was delightful to work with and was very accommodating. We will certainly inquire about this property for future trips. 5 stars from us!!!!

Perfectly Cozy

My girls and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage in Aug 2022 and loved it. The decor is perfectly cozy and Jodi has thought of all the creature comforts we would normally have at home. I researched a ton of properties within Beachwalk and so happy we found this one. Be sure to think about a golf card rental ahead of time if you need one. We can’t wait to come back this year!

Cozy place to stay

Stayed here with my family for three nights. It had everything we needed. Also had cleaning supplies, extra linens, laundry detergent, beach towels. We really appreciated the wagon and chairs for heading down to the beach.

My husband & I grew up in Michigan City and have always had a passion for Lake Michigan and it's beautiful beaches. We have 2 boys and always seem to have the most memorable times on the south shores of Lake Michigan. We find Michigan City to be a perfect, yet quaint, thriving location to own our vacation property.

After a long dream of owning our own vacation property, our dream finally became a reality after we purchased "The Cottage" and its coach house, "The Cozy Cottage." We find that the Beachwalk community and all of it's amenities to be the perfect place to vacation.

We always have a property manager on call 24 hours a day, should any unforeseen situation arise during your stay.
