Fantastiska 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, med privat trädgård i ett lugnt område. Detta ljusa och helt ombyggda hem är smakfullt inredda och välfyllda. Bekvämt beläget nära promenad till Publix och Walmart. Restauranger, cafeterior, spa, skönhetssalonger, barer ligger i centrum och bara 10 minuters bilresa.
Perfekt för familjer eller par att komma bort från kallt väder. Njut av i Siesta nyckelstrand (nr 1 strand i USA), Sarasota centrum (mycket snabbväxande ny stad), universitetsgalleria, butiker, lokal rekreation som paddling ombord, kajakpaddling i mangrovarna, bating våglöpare, massor av fiske, Myakka River State parkera lång promenad eller vandring och mycket mer.

I took a last-minute trip to Sarasota and was delighted with this find! The property owner was very accommodating, the location is convenient, the house is clean and nicely equipped with all the amenities you could need. Will definitely stay here again:-)

Very well appointed

The place was very clean, furniture/ beds comfortable. Loved fenced yard for dog, and tv’s in each bedroom as well as family room. Would stay again.

Perfect place for our visit

The house was perfect fro four adults attending a conference in Sarasota. We had room to spread out, relax by the pool and feel at home. This was a nice alternative to a hotel.

Great Pet-friendly home close to beach

We enjoyed your home ! It had all the amenities of home ! Close to Siesta Key and shopping ! The yard was nicely landscaped and pet -friendly cozy for us and our little dogs ! Very clean and easy to find ! We had a great week !

Quiet and private

This was our second stay at this property. It is centrally located to many activities and attractions in Sarasota. The pool and lanai are great and the pool is comfortably heated. Our only disappointment is that it was already booked for next year.

Absolutely loved it!

This place was perfect for our family of 6! We have little ones so the nice quiet street was great, the grassy area and pool was a big hit. Lots of sleeping space. Eveything we needed! We will definitely be coming back. And the owner was very responsive.

Perfect Place to stay

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. It is the perfect home away from home. My husband and I are retired snowbirds and we travel with our small dog. This place has everything! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, great private back yard and a terrific pool! Grocery stores are super close. The property was extremely clean and well kept. The host is very nice and prompt with responses. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Warm escape for remote work!

Clean and well maintained property. Nice pool area. Beds were comfortable. Lots of household supplies available. Busy side streets near but it was always very quiet. Easy walk to Publix. Pretty easy drive to Siesta Key and beach. Any complaints are personal preference like no TV in 2nd bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week. It was very clean and very comfortable. I loved the layout of the house. It had everything we could possible need. The pool was amazing, nice and warm. Loved the lounge chairs and the pool noodles. We were extremely happy with this house. If we stay in this area again we would definitely come back. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around. Plenty of fast food places and grocery stores in walking distance. Thanks Roma .

Perfect work-from-home stay in Sarasota

This property was just what we were looking for during a week of remote-school and work-from-home while enjoying the good weather and easy access to beautiful beaches in Sarasota. Everything inside and out was in good condition and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed and the beds and bedding were comfortable with extra pillows, blankets and towels for our family of 4. The pool was perfect temperature and perfect hang-out space for the whole family. The house was conveniently located to grocery and other shopping needs, Starbucks around the corner and Siesta Key beaches less than 20 min drive. It was easy to find and to get around. Great stay overall.

Super clean house with all stuff what we needed for vacation.

We are very grateful to you for such a clean and comfortable house. We have been going to Sarasota for the third year and it was the cleanest and most comfortable house where we felt happy. Special thanks to owner for taking care of personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and loofah. The house had everything we needed from utensils, which made our stay comfortable. Heated and clean pool was a super fun for us. Mattresses were comfortable, furniture is new. House remodeled with very nice style.

Nice Tranquil Haven out of the Main Stream

My wife and I recently stayed for a week here. Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a pool and with the capability to sleep at least another 2 people on living room and TV room couches. Very well equipped with almost everything a visitor would need. House is located in a residential neighborhood a few blocks removed from busy city streets. Wonderful landscaping on the small, city lot including a cumquat tree, many varieties of palms, and newly planted bushes in the front for privacy. Most of the few issues that developed (A/C needed resetting, tub didn't retain water) were quickly resolved by 'Roma's' two helpers/family members. Close to grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. Really want to give this rental a 4.5 out of 5 stars. However, not so impressed with the Sarasota traffic; nearly impossible at times, especially on US 41.

Amazing property but buyer beware

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and the property was absolutely perfect. Heated pool was amazing and everything we needed was there. House was super clean and we had no issues whatsoever until we got home. The property owner requires you to leave a deposit or get insurance for any damages that might occur which is totally understandable. I purchased the insurance and thought everything was good until I received an email that a claim was filed for a broken umbrella. We never used an umbrella of any kind during our stay, seeing as we came from a cold weather state we wanted to soak up as much sun as possible. I immediately contacted the insurance company and reported the false claim and expressed how the property owner never contacted me once about anything being damaged. This really leaves a bad impression on this beautiful home. I definitely will not be back to this property which is a shame due to our overall wonderful experience.
