Härlig enstaka hem byggd 1962, renoverad helt 2014. Som bilderna visar är sovrummen rymliga med Master-sviten privatkopplade på kökssidan av huset. Master bad med stor dusch. Original terrazzogolv i vardagsrummet och 2 gäst sovrum med vackra porslin brickor under resten. King bed i Master och tvillingar eller king i det andra sovrummet och en queen size-säng i det tredje. Gäst sovrum delar badrum med badkar / dusch kombination. Nytt kök helt utrustat för din bekvämlighet. Super tyst diskmaskin, stort kyl / frys, grytor och kastruller i stort (om du vill laga mat) och gott om förvaring för dina semesterbestämmelser. Lanai matplats i Florida stil och sittplatser i köket bar / disk. Stort vardagsrum med karnapp. 50 tums platt-tv i vardagsrummet, 42 i master, och 32 i det andra sovrummet och 40 i tredje sovrummet med Verizon FIOS internet via wifi. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Tillräckligt med sängkläder och handdukar (även strandhanddukar) så att du inte tvättar mycket. Siesta Key Beach ligger en kort bilresa bort, men om du vill kan du njuta av naturen ute på uteplatsen. 600 kvadratmeter däck och en vacker pool med solhyllor. Gasgrill redo att gå med bekväma sittplatser runt 2 bord med extra fåtöljer och schäslonger.

This property has it all...... The location was great - close to everything we needed. The property was immaculate - pool was fabulous. The hosts were so helpful - met us upon arrival and was only a call away if we needed anything. We would definitely book again!!

Lovely home - highly recommend

We loved everything here! Clean, organized, adequate space and comfortable. Our family of 5 decided to travel from Ohio for our Christmas vacation. Tina and Robert were quick to reply and kindly welcomed us when we first arrived. The pool and backyard seating is ideal. Anyone planning a visit here is sure to leave happy!

Great spot, amazing pool, and detailed hosts!

This was my second time staying at this property and it will not be my last! Well worth every penny for the location. Access to grocery stores nearby, malls that are minutes away and the downtown siesta key area is a 10 minute drive.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We loved it just as much as the 1st time! Robert & Tina were very accommodating with early check in. The home is very clean and the pool was amazing! Great location to Siesta Key Beach!

Comfortable, Ultra Clean & Convenient Sarasota Home

Really wonderful house and terrific Hosts who provided every convenience we needed and beyond to make for a very comfortable stay. This house is indeed immaculate , very nicely appointed and the pool and deck are super well maintained. A truly great all around place to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again!

Five Stars Plus

If we were allowed to give more than five stars we would. Location was perfect. The inside was very comfortable and the outside with the large pool, gave us a great way to begin and end every day. Everything was thought of by the hosts. We would definitely book again on our next stay in Sarasota.

Relaxation at it's best!

This is a beautifully maintained property with meticulous attention to details that enhanced our stay. We kept wanting to just "come home" from our day trips to spend more time relaxing in the lovely backyard. It's not fancy or elaborate but this home is filled with simple pleasures.
