När du kommer till North Padre Island vill du vara nära stranden och du vill ha mycket att göra. Det är precis vad du får med denna Island Retreat! Detta ett sovrum / ett badrum, 2: a våningen enhet är bara 500 meter från stranden och du har en fin tegelväg rakt ner till stranden. De bekvämligheter du kan njuta av här är heltäckande och inkluderar en uppvärmd pool, en bubbelpool, gym, bastu, affärscentrum, privat damm, lusthus och mer. Sevärdheter i området som den helt nya Schlitterbahn Water Park ligger bara en kort bilresa bort. Texas State Aquarium och USS Lexington ligger bara 15-20 minuter bort och om du vill göra golf så har du Palmilla Golf Club i världsklass bara 15 minuter bort. Om du föredrar att stanna utomhus ligger Padre Island National Seashore och Mustang Island State Park inom 15 minuter.

INTERIÖR
Dessa lägenheter har vackert renoverats med nya inredning, ryggstänk, ny färg och mer. Den har ett trevligt kusttema och rymmer lätt 4 vuxna med en king size-säng i sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i storleken i vardagsrummet. Enheten har ett privat wifi-nätverk men det finns också wifi tillgängligt i affärscentret och lusthusområdet för gästbruk. Köket är välutrustat och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten samt en reserverad parkeringsplats för din bekvämlighet. När du njuter av ditt morgonkaffe eller din favoritkvällsdryck tar du en fin utsikt över sanddynerna och Mexikanska golfen från din privata balkong.

Nice vacation

Nice location on the property near the pool and short walk to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped and maintained. Even had a small view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

Great Condo!

Great stay!

Short stay but great!! I was able to telework using the wifi. Pool and hot tub were nice. Unit was clean and king bed was very comfortable. Property management was great and check in and out is all without having to go to an office. Wonderful experience.

This property was incredible. I almost don’t want to leave a review about how amazing it is because I want it to always be available when we want to escape to the beach. Perfect location. Forgot it wasn’t a hotel because it was so clean and well run.

Very nice beach condo

This was a very nice beach condo for our long weekend getaway. Everything was comfortable and it was located in a quiet, well maintained complex. We would not hesitate to rent here again. The management company was also really on top of things. No complaints!

Nice place to stay near the beach at Corpus Christi

Stayed in a 2nd floor unit. It was as advertised by photos and description. It was tidy, clean and comfortable, and well-maintained . . . the provided sundry items were a nice touch and much appreciated (I did not have to purchase any more of these for my 4 night stay). I really had everything I needed and only needed to consider what I would eat and drink. It was a great spot to relax in between windsurfing sessions at Worldwinds down in the Padre Island National Seashore (only a 15-20 minute drive away).

The place was beautiful and clean . It was a rough start in communicating to get more nights . I had to call after escapes. I had called and spoke to Arianna and she took care of my issues. However, I was looking to book on August and called twice in my stay and spoke to Bryson and still haven’t received any emails of condo rentals ? I wanted to book when I was there. Well needless to say I’m back on VRBO looking for myself. Beach club overall the unit I stayed in was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for the week!!.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and it was nicely decorated. However, there was a large throw run in the living room that has a bad order to it. Probably from the constant high humidity, sandy wet feet etc. We kept trying to get our kids to stop sitting on the carpet because their clothes would end up smelling like the carpet. The floors could’ve been cleaner. Other than this we had a great Easter Weekend at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully decorated with everything Beach and immaculately clean. Everything was as described. Great location. King bed was super comfortable.The only thing I would caution about is the sleeper couch - it's got a very thin foam mattress and you feel the metal supports underneath, even as a skinny 150lbs person. So don't expect to have two beds like we did since one of us is a restless sleeper. May be ok for one night but we were there seven nights and ended up using our own air mattress.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful, high tech functional, SO close to the beach. It was perfect for our little family, we had plenty of room, everything we needed was there, we were SO comfortable, BEST sleep I've had at a stay that wasn't my own home, seriously. They were so easy to work with too. When we weren't at the beach or out and about, my kids got to watch TV and play switch while my husband and I got to watch our own TV show in our room. Such a relaxing place to stay, honestly I was happy just being in the condo and wish I had scheduled in more down time! Having the laundry machines in the condo made a huge difference too! No noise from neighbors at all. Highly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything I need for a relaxing beach visit is here. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings and a short walk to (and a view of) the ocean. I bring personal items and coffee, shop for groceries on the island now that the IGA is fully functional, and might leave once every two weeks to enjoy birding, restaurants or live music somewhere else on the island or "over the bridge". Management is a dream to work with both before and during the stay.
