The house was perfect for our stay. My husband and I came from Michigan to celebrate my 60th birthday. The beds were comfortable and we loved the power strips on each side of the bed that had usb a and usb c ports. We came late April and it was really hot and humid so enjoyed the hot tub each day. It was a half mile into the downtown and walked to dinner each night. Close drive to wineries and hiking trails. We had breakfast in the house each morning and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend girls get away, Outside pictures look a little larger then the actual yard but it was perfect. Great location but we did still drive since it was a 15 min walk into town. Clean, Cute, and very comfortable. I would book here again.

This house was amazing! Everything was nice quality and clean. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we were close enough to walk to Main St. and not hear the traffic. The backyard was a relaxing oasis. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in Fredericksburg

My husband and I were in Fredericksburg to visit family. The property was centrally located and close to Main Street. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds were fine. We will stay here again the next time we are in Fredericksburg.

We had an amazing stay in Fredericksburg! The location could not have been better — it was so close to all the fun, incredible food spots, and the wineries that make Fredericksburg such a special getaway. We were able to enjoy everything the town has to offer without spending a lot of time driving, which made the whole trip even more relaxing.The house itself was absolutely adorable — very cute, quaint, and exactly what you’d hope for in a Fredericksburg home. It had so much charm and really fit the Hill Country vibe perfectly.The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub and fire pit. After long days of exploring and wine tasting, relaxing in the hot tub and winding down by the fire pit at night made the stay unforgettable. It was the perfect balance of cozy and fun.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, well-located Fredericksburg getaway!

Superb Comfort

These are the best beds we’ve ever experienced at a rental home! Maybe even better than our very own. We also loved how spacious the bedrooms, kitchen and backyard were. This place was just perfect for our stay over the Christmas holiday.

Birthday getaway

Great home! Five min or less drive to restaurants and bars. The home had everything we needed. The master bedroom could use some hooks to hang clothes since there isn’t a closet but otherwise the bed was very comfortable. The restrooms were perfect. Highly recommend this home.

Great little bungalow

We really enjoyed our trip to Fredericksburg & staying at 40 winks was a large part of that. It’s a cute little house w/ a garage & hot tub available for use. It was clean & cute. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions we had. The bed was comfortable. Which always matters to us. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay!

Loved 40 winks!

2 couples staying for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. Adorable house in a quiet neighborhood with a great back yard. We spent part of the day at Enchanted Rock and it was easy to get in and out of town. House was spotless and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice addition! We would definitely recommend this property to others looking to stay in Fredericksburg.

Perfection!

So much attention to detail. The house has been renovated with thoughtful attention to aesthetics and quality. Beautifully decorated with a fun, funky vibe. The backyard is lovely and perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Easily accommodates a large(ish) group. We highly recommend and will be back. :)
