Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

This was a great stay for our family. The house was clean, well stocked with all the necessities and nicely decorated. The host provided easy instruction, and was very communicative and accommodating. We had no issues and would stay here again.

Lovely girls trip

This home will as so adorable and relaxing for a fun wine tasting girls weekend! We all slept great and comfortably and enjoyed the great coffee provided as well as wine glasses. The decorations were very charming. We would definitely come back :)

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate his 50th in Fredericksburg. It is a wonderful house, thoughtfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs and the hot tub was nice in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for a pass-through trip to Fredericksburg. It was cool, clean and comfy. It’s not exactly walking distance to Main Street but it was a quick, easy 3 minute drive. It’s beautifully decorated and has a nice, private, fully fenced back yard..

Perfectly Clean, Thoughtful, and Full of Charm!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate and so thoughtfully designed—every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. We especially appreciated that all three bedrooms had king-sized beds, which made it perfect for our group.I hesitate to book rental properties instead of hotels due to concerns about cleanliness and amenities, but this property exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, well-stocked with towels and essentials even in the kitchen, and felt so welcoming.One special touch was the house binder, which included the story behind the home and a collection of local recommendations. It gave our stay a personal feel and made us appreciate being part of the home's journey.We visited for my sister’s birthday, and were so touched to find a birthday sign set up for her when we arrived—it made the celebration even more special.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Perfect spot close to everything!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect house for our family in a quiet neighborhood close to Main Street! The hostess was super responsive and the house, yard and hot tub were clean and exactly as advertised. Would stay again!

Extremely clean and cozy!

The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. My family and I visited Enchanted Rock and needed a place to relax afterwards. This was the perfect spot for our family. The house was fully stocked with everything you needed. Would love to stay here again.

Fantastic stay

The house is cute and cozy. The weather was too cold and windy over the weekend so we could not use the hot tub. However, the house was comfortable and the host was very gracious with suggesting kid and dog friendly places around Fredericksburg. This house was so close to Main Street it was easy to get food to go when it was too cold to sit outside. The hostess was very approachable and prompt to respond when we had questions and was accommodating of special requests for situations not under our control. Their fenced yard was perfect for our old labs . She has board games too which are available to play. We carried our own so didn’t use hers but a ton of options for someone if you forget to bring yours. We had a great stay!

My Husband and I both grew up in Fredericksburg. We met in 2004 and were married in 2006. He has been a police officer with Fredericksburg since 2002. I own and operate a funnel cake and lemonade stand at most of the festivals in town. If you are in town during a festival make sure to stop by and say hi!! We have 3 amazing children together. This home is very special to us. It is the first home we purchased together. It was built in 1993. We bought it from my husbands Great Aunt. It has been in the family for decades. We brought 2 of our children home to this house after they were born and lived there until 2012. We have so many memories here we just couldn't let it go. We did long term rentals from 2012-2021. We decided to fix her up and turn her into a guest house. We are so excited to share our home with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our guest house is located close enough to Main Street to walk yet far enough to have a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Food truck park just 2 blocks away. They have amazing gluten and vegan options, corn hole, fire pit, beer and wine and a great atmosphere. Just 3 blocks away is Sunset Grill and La Tequila both with full bars and great food. Lost Draw Cellars is also about 5 blocks away. This is a local owned winery with amazing wine and a great atmosphere. The local grocery store is across the street from Lost Draws Cellar. If you want to miss the high traffic wineries there are some great ones out Highway 16 South. These include Slate Mill Winery and Augsta Vin.
