Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Perfect home

Perfect spot close to everything!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect house for our family in a quiet neighborhood close to Main Street! The hostess was super responsive and the house, yard and hot tub were clean and exactly as advertised. Would stay again!

Very clean and pet friendly!

Beautiful home minutes away from Main Street Fredericksburg. The host was very quick to respond and was accommodating! We loved all of the amenities!

Extremely clean and cozy!

The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. My family and I visited Enchanted Rock and needed a place to relax afterwards. This was the perfect spot for our family. The house was fully stocked with everything you needed. Would love to stay here again.

This darling property really did look exactly as the photos had indicated. It was beautifully decorated and so clean. The location was so convenient for getting around town. We enjoyed every minute we were at the house. I would happily stay here again!

Our first sister vacation to Fredericksburg Texas was perfect. Our VRBO was available before the check in time and our host was responsive and I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!!

Fabulous Property

This house is a gem. The location is very good, three king-sized beds, cozy and spacious! The hot tub was a welcome, relaxing end to our busy day. Host was very responsive and check-in could not have been easier. Highly recommend!!

My Husband and I both grew up in Fredericksburg. We met in 2004 and were married in 2006. He has been a police officer with Fredericksburg since 2002. I own and operate a funnel cake and lemonade stand at most of the festivals in town. If you are in town during a festival make sure to stop by and say hi!! We have 3 amazing children together. This home is very special to us. It is the first home we purchased together. It was built in 1993. We bought it from my husbands Great Aunt. It has been in the family for decades. We brought 2 of our children home to this house after they were born and lived there until 2012. We have so many memories here we just couldn't let it go. We did long term rentals from 2012-2021. We decided to fix her up and turn her into a guest house. We are so excited to share our home with you.

Our guest house is located close enough to Main Street to walk yet far enough to have a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Food truck park just 2 blocks away. They have amazing gluten and vegan options, corn hole, fire pit, beer and wine and a great atmosphere. Just 3 blocks away is Sunset Grill and La Tequila both with full bars and great food. Lost Draw Cellars is also about 5 blocks away. This is a local owned winery with amazing wine and a great atmosphere. The local grocery store is across the street from Lost Draws Cellar. If you want to miss the high traffic wineries there are some great ones out Highway 16 South. These include Slate Mill Winery and Augsta Vin.
