Nyare rymlig 3 vÄningar timmerhus med stor öppen tomt och gott om parkering utanför gatan. Perfekt för familjesemestrar och sammankomster och ligger bara tvÀrs över vÀgen frÄn East Lake Okoboji. GÄ ut pÄ lÀgre nivÄ har ett familjerum med en stor tv-skÀrm, ett stort liggande tvÀrsnitt, ett separat rum med biljardbord och Foosballbord och separat tvÀttstuga. HuvudnivÄn uppför trappan har ett vardagsrum med en liggande sektion och tv. Matsalen har ett bord med plats för 7 och det finns ytterligare sittplatser i köket .. Köket har diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn och finns fullt utrustat med disk, köksredskap, köksredskap, mixskÄlar, kaffebryggare, brödrost, stekpanna, vÄffeljÀrn, George Foreman-grill, lerkÀrl och bageri. Det finns 3 sovrum pÄ huvudnivÄ med helt nya Restonic firma Queen Madrasser och Box fjÀdrar: BefÀlhavaren har en king size-sÀng och tv med fullt badrum bifogat. Sovrum 2 & 3 Àr stora och stÀller in samma med 2 queen sÀngar med byrÄer i varje. Badrummet pÄ huvudnivÄn har en badkardusch och ett dubbelt handfat. Den 24'x24 'loftomrÄdet kan anvÀndas som ett sovrum och har en futon, en king size-sÀng, en queen size-sÀng och har en tv som bara kör en dvd / vcr combo med ett litet urval av videor tillgÀngliga. Ligger 1/2 mil frÄn bÄtrampen och cykelleder och 3/4 mil till stÀnkskyddet. Arnolds park Àr en kort 4 mil bilresa.
Ligger strax utanför stadens grÀnser för att njuta av lugnet i landet, men ÀndÄ nÀra nog för att njuta av alla attraktioner i omrÄdet.

Great location

We had a family of 11 stay for four days. Loved Lake Okoboji and all they have to offer. Our house had plenty of room for all of us and we liked the big front yard for our ballgames and annual water balloon contest.

Lake O getaway

We stayed over July 4 long weekend. Check in was easy. Plenty of beds and children space for entertainment. Sadly the rainy weather kept us from the lake but we still enjoyed the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances were great.

Birthday Weekend

There were 10 adults staying at this house. There were plenty of beds and space. We all had a great time. We loved the game room. The boat landing was very close and easy to get to. Great time we all had. We would defiantly stay here again!!!

Teacher Getaway

We have a large group of teachers/staff that spend a few days in Okoboji every summer. This was the perfect house for our group! We loved that there was plenty of space to spread out and be able to hang out in different spots. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. The only downfall was that 1 of the 2 bathrooms is jn the master bedroom, so 14 women sharing 1 bathroom or having to be super quiet going into the other one was a struggle some mornings. Other than that, we loved the property and really enjoyed our stay!

Rooms and beds were great. Very clean. Very Spacious. Had lots of room for visiting. We ate most meals out so didn't use the kitchen much. We did use the refrigerator and ice maker.Would recommend to others and in fact some of the family are planning a future rental.

We had a great stay with family over the Labor Day Weekend. The cabin is clean and well stocked. Good selection of dishes, cooking utensils, and two refrigerator/freezers. There is plenty of room! We have stayed together as a family at other locations and never had enough room. This was not the case here. There is plenty of room here (bedrooms, televisions, seating, dining, etc). The location is good as it is a short distance from many of the activities in the area that we enjoy. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay here in again in the future.

The home was amazing for our large family vacation! The two fridges made it super convenient for food and beverages. The three floors allowed for everyone to have space to enjoy their time without overlapping on each other. The pool table room was a hit with our young adult family members. All in all it was great!The only thing that could have made it better was if it were located right on the lake, but it is only half a mile from several docks so still a good location! Thanks again for having us!

Plenty of parking space. Large bedrooms, spacious living room and family room area. Kitchen was well stocked. The loft was awesome, and has its own air conditioning system. I highly recommend this property.

Cabin was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked and it was bonus that there were two fridges, plenty of space for beverages and food. Rick and Tina were responsive and they were able to accommodate a bit of an early check in. Location was perfect and we would recommend to others.

Spacious & Comfortable

Friend’s weekend, we chose this property due to central location for all of us and the abundance of beds and sleeping possibilities. We had plenty of room, no immediate neighbors and owner/managers were very friendly and informative. Pool table and foosball table in the basement were a plus! Great weekend!

Beautiful Home!

This stay was exactly what we were looking for! Big beautiful home with a nice view, not far from restaurants, and came with everything we could’ve needed. Highly recommend!

We are from the Iowa Great Lakes ourselves. We love the Okoboji and Spirit Lake area so much that we decided to open our home up to a vacation rental home for others to use to make great memories in!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love our log cabin home and decided to open it up to others as it is the perfect spot to host family gatherings or vacations at the Iowa Great Lakes. Our large cabin and property will accommodate many families nicely. Its a great place to make family memories!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home is on a large private lot so it is away from the hustle and bustle of town, but yet only a few minutes away from everything. We love the peace-n -quiet we have at our cabin. Nothing beats enjoying the great outdoors and relaxing. We often get to see deer out the windows. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house and not be on top of one another. We hope that you will enjoy our cabin as much as we do.
