Med tillgång till balkong från sovrummet och det stora rummet kommer du aldrig att störa resten av din familj när du dricker det morgonkaffe eller sen dryck. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, med eget badrum och jacuzzi. Ytterligare gäster kan sova på den konvertibla queen size-bäddsoffaren.

Nice property.

Good location - easy walk to beach, ocean views from the porch, easy drive to restaurants. Condo is a little on the older side, but everything was comfortable and clean.

Absolutely Amazing

I had the most wonderful time at this cute little third floor condo with a beautiful view of the beach, palm trees, and the pool. The decor is well appointed, and the condo has everything you need, even an extra blanket for which I am immensely grateful because I did not bring mine. The mattress is very firm, something I love, but if you like soft mattresses, you may not like the bed. I, however, slept the best I’ve done in a long time. Mark, the manager of the property, was very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. I will absolutely stay here again if possible and highly recommend it. Palm Beach is situated nicely on Perdido Beach Blvd. close to everything. I had no trouble parking and only a minor inconvenience of the elevator being out of order on the one side of the complex. The other elevator was fine and the halls connected easily. I did not use any appliance except for the coffee maker which worked as expected. Thank you, Kathy, for putting together such a fine place to rest at the beach, and thank you, Mark, for taking such good care of me while I was there.

Great condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for my kids and I and exactly as described when booking. Great location and property, easy check in process and helpful communication from property manager. Orange Beach is one of our favorite trips and would stay here again!

Disappointed

Not beachfront. You could see the beach at a distance if you walked out and strained your neck to see around the building. Should be described as beach distant. Coffee cups in cupboard were dirty. About half of them had lumps of dried sand in them. The bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We enjoyed our time here and it was a great home base. It was very clean and the artwork (created by the owner) was amazing! The pool was warm even though it was cool out during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach. Had a slight problem with our parking permit, but the owner helped ensure it was quickly resolved. Do know that there is nothing here to get you started if you make your own meals—not even salt and pepper or cooking spray. Be prepared to bring or buy all of your own spices, etc. Overall, a great stay in a clean and charming unit by the beach.

Condo needs updating

Palm Beach Condominiums as a whole was good. Condo however needs updating. Patio furniture subpar, LV furniture uncomfortable, TV constantly updating, shower had mold and faucet needs repair, dishwasher door is hard to open/close, floor covering buckles in spots.

Nice place!

Condo as pictured. Convenient access to beautiful beach, heated pool, state park & lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Enjoyed our stay! Property manager Mark facilitated the replacement of a non working bedroom tv.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, it was well furnished, comfortable bed, huge bathrooom (the half bath was a nice surprise), the kitchen was very well equipped. would definitely stay there again.

Very nice condo for two people. Close to beach. Enjoyed our stay. Visited with our son and his family. Entrance way is not very handicap accessible for a wheelchair.

Quick Vist to Happy Place

The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and we loved being away from most of the crowds. The art work was lively and interesting, the bed was comfortable which was a plus, and We loved the walk-in shower!

Perfect location

Loved the location between Gulf Shores & Orange Beach and that it was directly across the street from a trailhead for biking and walking! The bedroom and bathroom size was a wonderful surprise! We weren’t expecting that for a 1 bedroom unit. I LOVED the exercise room and used it almost every morning! The only reason I gave a 4 for the overall rating is just a couple small things that are important to our family: bath towels were too small for our liking, although there were plenty provided, and I wished there had been a rug inside the door to prevent tracking in sand. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

First vacation in 3 years

I have been coming to the area for 55 years and this is probably the worst experience i have had in Orange Beach. They are building a large complex next door ( maybe 20 yards from our unit) and the noise was terrible. You couldn’t even carry on a conversation inside. You can forget about sleeping late or getting a nap. This was a total train wreck of our vacation. i should have been told that this construction was going on when i booked and that i should expect noise and inconveniences. I would have booked elsewhere. I had good experiences with VRBO up to this point but probably won’t use that service again. WORST vacation ever!!
