Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was ok. Upkeep was wanting. Getting a hold of anyone for pass code or problems was hard. Ice maker leaked and then didn't work. Dryer was very poor, washer wasn't much better.

October vacation

Perfect for two people. I wish there would have been more towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. We stayed 5 nights and I had to wash them twice. Beautiful view!

Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit for a five-day fall getaway, which was perfect! The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works GREAT, and the unit is very clean! This is a third-floor unit right above the pool, with a beautiful beach view. We did not use the pool, but it is spacious if you are a pool person. We liked the complex as well as the condo - we will be back!

Reviewer Comments: It was good the ice maker barely made ice and u could not long onto any TV apps check in at 4pm pay for day then check our at 10 am seems backwards and paying for parking was nor ideal the condo last yr gave us parking pass and coupons was our only complaints otherwise nice place and great location

ORANGE BEACH TRIP

Very nice property. It was me and my triplet granddaughters, 16 years old. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and they were promptly addressed and fixed by the management company. Would recommend.

Orange beach vacation

After getting and paying for the parking pass getting into the condo is a breeze. There is a lot of luggage carts. Never had a long wait for elevators. The condo was fine and location was spot on.

One of the balcony chairs was broken and useable, other balcony chairs were uncomfortable and not tall enough to see over the balcony railing. Living room furniture could be updated. Very comfortable king size bed. Kitchen appliance were updated and nice. Would be helpful to know what size garbage bags fit in that garage container, as long as we have to go buy them.

Quick Getaway

Our stay at Phoenix East was the perfect quick getaway. The location was perfect. This condo was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. It's close to so many great restaurants and fun things to do. We enjoyed being there off season and would gladly make a return trip.

Awesome location

This was a clean and well furnished condo for our short stay. We liked it being on the 3rd floor right by the stairs and also by the elevators. We used both, depending on what we were hauling!!! The balcony was so nice to sit on to see the beach and pool area. Staff was nice and attentive. We will return soon and hope we can get 302 again.

Post the building address or something

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stopped by the security shed when I got there at 1 am. He asked if I was in building 1 or 2. I said all I got was 302. No building number or nothing. I would mail it more clear in the check in email what building or more information to get help. I finally found the address of the building on the elevator certificate inside the elevator before I knew I was in the correct building. Not a thing on the main entrance door or nothing. Sorry to people in the apartment I tried to enter first.
