Du kommer inte vilja lämna! 10 minuter till kända 5th Ave samt vita sandstränder! Stor uppvärmd pool! Detta är en mycket välutrustad och rymlig 2: a våningen enhet med katedral tak i vardagsrum / matsal område. Lägenheten är kaklat i hela och har fullt utrustat kök, två sovrum, två moderna badrum (en dusch och ett badkar), frukostbar, formell matplats och ett rymligt och bekvämt vardagsrum, stort klädkammare i sovrummet, tilldelat parkering för en bil och tvättstugan. Queen size-säng i sovrummet och 2 tvillingar i gästrummet. Det finns kabel-TV, inklusive HBO och gratis WiFi. Du är välkommen att använda någon strandutrustning (stolar, filtar, paraply) som lagras i tvättstugan. Det stora sovrummet har utsikt över sjön! Njut av morgonkaffe på en skärmad lanai (fyra lanai stolar finns).

Winterpark erbjuder en avslappnad och avkopplande atmosfär. Det underhålls vackert med mycket grönska och vegetation. Det erbjuder en av de största poolerna i Neapel, bocce court och tennisbanor, cykel / vandringsled, etc. Den resort-liknande uppvärmda poolen är känd för sin orörda vattenkvalitet. Poolen har ett klubbhus med många aktiviteter och gott om bekväma solstolar.

Denna lägenhet ligger utanför Davis Blvd och strax öster om Airport Pulling Road. Du är några minuter från det underbara centrala Neapel, den berömda Neapel-piren och vita sandstränder. Fifth Avenue South och Third Street South är knutpunkterna för Neapel shopping i det historiska centrum, med många konstgallerier, chic klädbutiker och inredningsbutiker. Vi är bara 10 minuter till stranden, shelling turer, djuphavsfiske och middag kryssningar på den offentliga bryggan. Golf, shopping på vackra 5th Avenue, centrala Neapel, och många restauranger ligger i närheten, för att inte tala om solnedgångar på den vita sandstranden.

A great month long stay

Great Location. Close to downtown with all the great restaurants. Close to pier and beach. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The owner checked on us during our stay - very responsive.

Long-Term Stay in WinterPark

My husband and I had a wonderful time here in Naples and totally enjoyed the WinterPark community. We were here for 6 weeks during January and February. The weather was varied - warm days and cool days; great compared to our home town weather. The condo was great! It was very clean and neat and well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the beach. Edy, our hostess was great! She communicated frequently with us and was very accommodating. The WinterPark pool was spacious with a lot of chairs surrounding it. Beyond the WinterPark walls was plenty of places to walk. Publix is in walking distance. The location of the condo in Naples was ideal. Close to downtown, East Naples Park (and the Naples Pickleball Center), beaches, Marco Island, shopping and dining. Thanks, Edy! We hope to stay here again.

5 Stars!! I wish there were more stars to give.

My husband I just spent a month at this spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated unit in Winter Park Naples. Everything that was described about the unit is true. We can't say enough about how conveniently located the unit was to everything we needed. The pool is walkable from the unit. Also, the grocery store is a convenient 10 minute walk. The club house has many activities to choose from. (I would suggest the yoga lessons). The drive to downtown Naples, along with the pier, beach and beautiful sunsets, is minutes away. The most important feature is how accommodating the owners were. They were the nicest couple who are always available should any issues arise. We feel so fortunate to have been able to enjoy this wonderful experience and would give this unit the highest recommendations.

The condo is a very comfortable, clean, and spacious unit. It’s in a great location, and has a pool.

Our experience in the condo was excellent. It is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to stores, the beach, and downtown Naples. The owners of the condo are very easy to communicate with and attentive. They are very cooperative!! It is a lovely two bedroom unit, has large rooms with great closet space. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are also beach chairs, towels, etc. to use at the beach. There is a washing machine and dryer in the condo. The furniture is comfortable, and clean. There is a DVD player as well. I would definitely recommend this condo. It is a quiet and safe unit in a good neighborhood. The pool is heated, large, and has plenty of lounge chairs. If you are looking for a convenient, comfortable place in Naples, I would definitely recommend this condo.

My family loves coming to Naples. At first, we focused on sightseeing and visited the Botanical Garden, the Zoo, the Conservancy, etc. Everything is within minutes driving, which makes this location so great. Now, we seem to be happy with just staying at the pool or going to the beach for the sunset. The pool is fantastic and the white sandy beaches are just serene. We saw dolphins, star fish, sting rays, and yes, manatees swimming along the beach! Everyone seems to be happy in Naples. We love to stroll down the 5th Ave, especially at night. It's a great destination for all.
