VISNINGAR, VISNINGAR, VISNINGAR! + EN MILE FRÅN STRANDEN. Denna enhet ligger i det berömda Park Shore Resort i Neapel. Det är en AAA-3-Diamond resort med uppvärmd pool, badtunna, tennis, beachvolleyboll, racquetball, grill och gångstigar. Platsen kunde inte vara bättre eller bekvämare. Vi är bara en mil från de berömda viken stränderna, Venetian Village, mat shopping, Pelican Bay-området. En mycket kort bilresa till Tin City, den berömda 5th Ave South och den mest omtyckta 3rd Street South.

Nu om lägenheten: Har jag nämnt den fantastiska lägenhetsutsikten från vägg till vägg, golv till takfönster? De bilder du ser togs av en amatör (mig) med bara en iPhone-2 i handen och misslyckas med att förmedla de pittoreska grunderna, som besöks av såväl amatör som kända artister som kommer hit för att måla landskapet.

Lägenheten med 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, renoverades just med nya apparater och livliga moderna möbler. Den innehåller två stora platt-TV: er; ett i sovrummet och ett i vardagsrummet. Vi har en telefon, Wi-Fi, komplett kök med alla redskap. Vi har också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare INNE i lägenheten. Om vi missade något, låt oss veta, om det är rimligt, kommer vi att få det. Denna lägenhet är en flygning upp; den har ingen hiss. (Mina andra enheter på Park Shore Resort har en hiss).

Good location. Clean but needs updating.

The unit was very clean, but could use some updates. The pool wasn’t huge and could use more chairs. The host was very responsive. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Property nicely laid out and very comfortable for 4 people. Only issue was the internet could come in and out. Close to shops etc and easy access if younhave a car.

Great stay

The amenities and restaurant on property are excellent. The condo is clean and comfortable and the host was attentive and easily accessible. It is a short drive to all the great areas in Naples.

Great central location

Loved the nearby pool and restaurant adjacent to the property. Peaceful quiet condo. Lots of room for up to two couples. Host was very responsive.

Great pool, great restaurant, great host

We really enjoyed our time here. If the beaches were not so nice and close we probably would not have left the resort at all. Everything in the resort was nicely maintained. Note that there was construction going on near the lobby, but we were far enough away where it was a non-issue.

Very Comfy and great location!

Thank you to Elliot for being an excellent host. We were very comfortable and loved our location. Elliot’s place had plenty of amenities with a great view of water where we enjoyed watching birds. We will definitely be coming back!

Hidden gem

I have driven past Park shore resort a hundred times and never realized it was there. Great location. Comfortable quiet unit with everything you need. Pool was great as was the front desk service. AAA+ would not hesitate to book again, I fact I plan to.

Gorgeous view, roomy great location

This place did not disappoint!! Beautiful views, very clean, roomy condo and great location!! We had a great time and will definitely be back!! The host was great and cake to make sure everything went smooth. Highly recommend this condo.

Closing a Chapter

Second time we've stayed here. First time in November 2023 for Dad's 90th. birthday. This time was for Dad's passing away and us 'Closing A Chapter' of our lives. This condo was a haven for exhausting days of everything that has to be done in closing and estate. Such a blessing to be able to come in and just relax and get the world off our shoulders for a few hours. Thank you Eliott for another wonderful stay.

Park Shore Naples

The unit was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the on-site Resturant. The owner compensated us because the lanai was under construction. Only negate was the hot tub was closed. Over all a great location.

Love this little place

We love this place and the host, Elliot. This is in the best location to the zoo, boat rides, Tommy Bahama restaurant, many great restaurants, beach. And Elliot is such a considerate host. There was work in our “favorite condo” in that complex and he called me and moved us to another unit due to possible noise. He is always very responsive if you have a question or issue. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Naples.

MY PARK SHORE NAPLES EXPERIENCE

Park Shore has wonderful condos in the center of Naples which is a convenient location along with the ambiance of the Park Shore experience with the restaurant on the grounds, walking paths, swimming pool, and a nice tropical setting with the water falls along with just being there.

Totally Awesome

Our stay at Park Shore Resort was perfect. The unit had beautiful views, was spotless and the pool was wonderful. Elliot our host is extremely helpful, honest with great communication. There are countless number of great restaurants and shopping nearby, but nothing compares to the balcony and pool. These units surround a beautiful setting of plants, palm trees and water filled with ducks and turtles. Nice, quiet and peaceful. This was our second stay and we’ll be back. Thank you, Elliot!

Enjoyable

Came down to Florida for a 3 day father-son golf trip and this was our home away from home for our travels. Nice place, exactly as described and pictured. Good sized balcony overlooking the resort lagoon. Quiet in the evenings, not a lot of party goers in this complex which seemed nice. Located 1.5 miles to the beach one way. Owner was great to work with when we had questions and made sure we were comfortable. The TV in the main area is an HD television, but the cable box didn't support HD, so we brought a Chromecast to play HD shows but we knew all that ahead of time so planned accordingly. Would stay here again.

A Hidden Gem

This property is clean and comfortable. The common pool area was clean with both sun and shade locations. Elliot, the host was prompt and helpful with his communications. The complex is doing some improvements which made our balcony off-limits for safety reasons. Elliot was up front before the booking with the limitation. Given his price we were happy to accept this limitation. When you have a pool in the courtyard and the beach minutes away, a balcony is not why you come to Naples in the Winter. Near shops and some exceptional restaurants. Overall, we would return to this complex and this unit again. I you are over the age of 50 you will like this complex. Maybe not if you are 25.
