Memorial Weekend Getaway

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay but the condo needs a huge make over. Everything is older and crowded. Too much furniture and not near enough room. The A/C didn't keep the unit cold and the hot water heater would run out fast. We did enjoy being so close to the beach and the short walk to get to it. The biggest issue was the parking though. We only received one parking pass and could only purchase one additional one. With 10 people, we had 3 vehicles and had to park 15 minutes from the condo which was very inconvenient. We spent too much time shuttling back and forth to have enough rides to go where we wanted. And the pool was closed the first day, which didn't help either.

Nice Get Away

Enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Not far from everthing. Some construction going on when we stayed in Oct made parking some of a challenge but didn't run out of room to park

Family Beach Trip

Great stay

Plenty of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed having room at the dining room table for dinner and games. Easy access to beach with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play.

Super easy to check in and out. Walk right to the beach. Very roomy, plenty of games and movies there. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils.

Wonderful location, fabulous condo!

We really enjoyed our time at Broadmoor 105. The furnishings were of very good quality, the beds were comfortable, and the master suite was wonderful. The living area was very comfortable for our party of seven. We would definitely book again!

I discovered that it is less expensive to use the owners contact than VRBO. I've used VRBO a lot with my travels and have been satisfied until this time.
