Denna professionellt inredda enhet ligger på bottenvåningen. Vår trädgård är Mexikanska golfen! Du har inga problem med att vänta på hissar eller ta trappan. Gå ut genom bakdörren så är du på väg till den vackra vita sanden på Orange Beach. Vår uteplats ligger nära poolen och du kan njuta av stranden medan du ser dina barn simma.
Vår bottenvåningsenhet är tre sovrum och två badrum. Det finns 4 platt-tv, DVD-skivor, välfylldt kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och mycket bekväma madrasser. Sovrummen har uteslutna gardiner om du vill sova i.

Romar Place är ett välskött komplex. Vi ligger nära restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, shopping och har den vackraste stranden. Solnedgångar är spektakulära.

So relaxing!!

Condo was comfy and clean and the property was amazing. Pool was literally a few feet from the condo and beach was just past that!! Gloria was attentive and checked in to make sure all was well!!! I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again!!

Beautiful Condo

This property was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was on the bottom floor!!! Pool was located just across the gate to the left and the beach was right out front of our sliding door! The condo has been updated since the pictures on the original listing! It is absolutely beautiful and has all the comforts of home! Gloria was a pleasure and was super accommodating!

4 night concert stay

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Easy access to pool and beach. Safe environment. We’ve stayed places that don’t have pots/pans/silverware/seasonings so when you stay somewhere that you don’t have to buy all that extra stuff after you get there that you already had at home it definitely makes a world of difference. We had come to town for a concert and they were able to fit our arrival and departure schedule. We will book again in the future.

Perfect location. I would recommend new cleaning service and pest control to the owner. The companies used didn't do what they were paid to do.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a great Thanksgiving week stay with our daughter and her family. The heated indoor pool and sauna were a hit and they were only 50 feet from the door. The beach access was just as good The condo was well maintained and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment we needed.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Loved everything about this condo! Being on the first floor right next to the pool and beach access made our lives so easy with our kids. Condo had everything you could possibly need, owner was incredibly friendly and fast to respond. I would absolutely book this place again solely for the convenience of it being steps from the pool and beach!

We love staying here! It’s our 4th year

The property is so convenient! You’re next to an outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, and on the beach. Shopping is close by, only a few miles from wonderful restaurants, and lots of things to do for all ages.

My sister and I purchased this unit in 1998. To me, it is a little piece of heaven. The ease of being on the 1st floor is so appealing. Once you can avoid the elevators and not using the stairs you will be spoiled. Many of our renters book every year due to the convenience - we hope you will give it a try. Life should be easy at the beach!

We selected Romar Place because it is well kept and clean. I love this area - the beach is beautiful- perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks. The sunsets make great pictures and memories.

I love the bottom floor unit - it is so easy and the Gulf of Mexico is my back yard! Our profile picture is our family at our yearly beach reunion. As you can see, we have a great location for pictures with a fabulous background.
