Awesome Stay!

We stayed here with 3 couples for our 30th birthdays and had a fantastic time! The living space was huge and the couch was super comfortable and easily fit our entire group. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and supplies you would need to cook with. The beds were all great as well! We would definitely stay here again :)

Fabulous vacation!

Beautiful property! Very spacious. Plenty of room for our large group. Loved having a full bath with each bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach and pools were very convenient-kids loved the lazy river!

Great trip, beautiful room.

We had a great time on our trip to turquoise place. The only downfall was the beds. They were all very uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, the room was just as described. We would love to return to this condo again if the beds would be updated.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time in 1005D. The condo is beautiful and very clean. We like a lot of the convenience items (like ice machine and lots of silverware). The condo has everything you need. Parking was easy and the elevator was not a long wait. The resort is nice, they were doing a lot of upgrades to the resort while we were there, so sometimes we had to use Bldg C. It was nice to have that option. The lazy River was a hit with our kids. And the beach access was easily accessible. Tons of restaurants nearby and stores (grocery too). Just an overall great and fun experience for the whole family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is gorgeous! We have stayed in many different condos and this is definitely the best! Fantastic location close to many great places to eat, beautiful beach, close to the state park in the event you are a walker. We had a couple issues and once maintenance was notified they were quickly resolved. It was a fantastic week and will definitely stay in this complex again.

Lovely condo at the spectacular Tuquoise Place

Visited this past week with my teens for a quick getaway after a few months of intense work. The layout of the condo is wonderful. 3 bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom, plus a gourmet kitchen, extra half bath, and more than ample living/dining/relaxing space. The only real downsides were the overly firm bed in the master and the not super comfy outdoor furniture. I remedied this by purchasing a mattress topper and some chair cushions to use while we were there. I highly recommend bringing your own if you visit.

Family vacation

This condo was very nice and clean with wonderful views. Had everything we needed. Never got in the pools on the property but looked very clean. Two minor complaints: 1. They lazy river should be renamed to the rapid river as there was nothing lazy about it. 2. While sitting on the balcony something would leak water from one of the condos above, this happened several times causing the majority of the balcony to be wet.

Early check in!! Hooray!!

Nice condo, comfortable beds, floors could have been a little cleaner but everything else was very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Had fun in the hot tub, grill worked well, easy walk to beach, fun lazy river and indoor hot tub with sauna, great stay!! Would have appreciated knowing about the additional parking fees up front. Have stayed at Turquoise several times before and had never incurred those additional fees. Also felt too many emails sent leading up to stay. Seemed to have a More complicated process booking with liquid life than others. Would consider staying there again.

Wonderful Experience

We’ve stayed at Turquoise Place before and it doesn’t disappoint. Great for kids! This unit was nice, comfy beds, clean. We did have an issue with a mirror falling off the wall while everyone in our condo was out parasailing, and the mirror knocked off a huge lamp on its way down and broke it. I’m not sure if it just wasn’t hung properly or if the unit next door bumped the wall and caused the fall but that was distressing. I called right away and was helped by a liquid life representative. We would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful condo overall!

The overall condo gets 5 stars! The layout was large, upgraded features, beautiful furniture and luxury linens. The building had everything we needed with outdoor and indoor pool, lazy river, a gym and direct access to the beach. Definitely will come back! My other downfall is the lack of communication with the management company Liquid Life. I directly asked if the water in the balcony hot tub was drained after each stay. They answered right away but beat around the question saying Turquoise Place does a maintenance check after each stay and if you have any issues contact us, so I asked again if the water is changed and no reply, once more, no reply. So if you expect to have fresh clean water in your hot tub and that’s a reason you chose this unit, I’m pretty confident it’s not changed.

Nice Condo but won't be back

Like a previous reviewer from April 29, 2024 we also had same issues. The master tub does a self cleaning cycle in the middle of the night which woke us up every night even with a sleep machine blaring. I notified Liquid Life and they had a maintenance guy come and look at it. He left us a note saying there was nothing he could do. This is unacceptable when a family is on a vacation trying to get rest. I have rented other turquoise condos and did not deal with that. The towel bar next to the left sick kept falling off. That was addressed by maintenance. Lastly the rugs need a good cleaning. They are very dingy with stains showing. Due to the tub alone we will not be returning to this condo.
