Wedding Get Away

Wife and I had just gotten married and wanted to take a quick trip. This place was perfect for it! We had a blast staying here and everything was as listed! Would certainly recommend to a friend!

Really comfortable beds. Living area furniture in need of replacement and walls and decor ready for refresh. Kitchen had no microwave worthy pieces for preparation and no liquid measuring cups and incomplete dry measuring sets.

Such a treat!

It was such a treat to stay at this spacious, lovely condo for our annual beach trip! My daughter and two-year-old granddaughter and I split our time between the beautiful beach and the fun lazy river and pools. We also enjoyed nearby dinners at The Gulf, Lu Lu’s and GT’s. We’ll return!

Local get away!

Great views! Great kitchen. Sun zero refrigerator was annoyingly difficult to open as suction was too strong. Kitchen also needs a deep clean. Very spacious . Beautiful condo and complex!!

Relaxing and beautiful views

We enjoyed every bit of this property! Beautiful views of the beach. Fun times at the lazy River, pools, hot tub. The place was big enough for our two families
 4 adults 3 kids. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making everything so easy for check in and check out. We travel a lot and this was relaxing with being able to grill on the balcony, view the beach while kids were in hot tub. Inside out condo was just great!

Had a great time

Beautiful property. Prickett Properties were perfect, responsive, and reliable. Spectrum on the other hand (company in charge of cleaning the hot tubs), not so much. The hot tub was pretty nasty and Spectrum kept telling us that they were going to thoroughly clean it, but never actually did. Though overall, a very nice place to spend a vacation. Would stay there again.

We were grateful to be able to stay in a place like this. However, spending so much money we definitely expected things to be cleaner than they were. The management company was apologetic and sent someone out to clean again but the pictures of the things I sent that needed to be cleaned ( chips on the floor in rooms, long black hair on the wall in the shower, filthy washer/dryer) was not cleaned, even after they came to clean again, I did it myself. There were roaches on the balcony. We had to call maintenance to fix the jacuzzi tub in master which took 2 days because they had to remove the tile to fix it. The tv did not work in that bathroom. There was NOT an extra sofa bed in the room with the two full size beds as pictured in the listing. It is a chair someone can sit in. Super disappointed after what we paid for the week.

Great property at a great price

This is our 3rd staybat turquoise place and first with prickett. The property was less expensive then our previous stays but i fully believe that os because of some of the small issues. The master jacuzzi did not operate, there was a huge crack in the kitchen granite, and the condo was a little dirty upon arrival (we asked and were granted early check in so that is likely our fault) All in all the condo is a great deal at the price as long as you aren't a snob. We will likely book again.
