Nyrenoverat vackert lägenhet vid stranden! UNDER NY ADMINISTRATION.

Vår 15th Floor Unit ligger vid Gulf Crest Condominium på de smaragdgröna vattnen i Mexikanska golfen. Komplett med två stora pooler, TIKI poolbar, badtunna, barnpool, träningsrum och mycket mer.

CONBAR PROPERTIES köpte denna enhet i slutet av hösten 2017 och har förvaltat fastigheter på Panama City Beach sedan 2009. Vi äger och driver alla våra enheter. Vi är helt tillgängliga för våra gäster 7/24. Våra andra enheter kan också ses på VRBO / HomeAway med hjälp av dessa listningsnummer: Treasure Island (419083, 244216) och Seychelles Resort (328240).

Enheten inkluderar GRATIS skyddad WIFI och CABLE. Vardagsrummet har en stor 60-tums TV komplett med DVR så att du kan spela in dina program medan du ligger på stranden eller går ut på middag. Tv finns i båda sovrummen tillsammans med DVD-spelare.

Beach Service kommer att tillhandahållas gratis för våra gäster från mars till oktober. Detta inkluderar två solstolar och ett paraply som ligger på stranden för våra gäster

Denna enhet med 2 sovrum har sängkläder för 8 personer; Kung i befälhavaren, drottning i gäst, utdragbar bäddsoffa och en staplad våningssal.

Vi erbjuder ett fullt utrustat kök, inklusive mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer och till och med ett våffeljärn. Det inkluderar ett grovkök med en stor tvättmaskin / torktumlare med stapel. Gulf Crest har en av de större uteplatserna på stranden och vi har tillhandahållit massor av möbler för att sitta ute och njuta av utsikten.

Utsikten är spektakulär från nästan alla rum i enheten. Det stora sovrummet, det stora rummet och matsalen framför Mexikanska golfen.

Relaxing stay

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, up to date, and well kept. The elevators were fast with minimal wait times during peek season. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful!

Fun and relaxing

We had the best family vacation. We traveled with 2 teenage girls who loved the pool and beach. Property was very clean and Gerry was very attentive and helpful. The beach was gorgeous! Very close to restaurants and the girls enjoyed the arcade and go carts across the street. We would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this condo beautiful place to stay and super close to everything fun to do in Panama. St Andrew’s park and the marina where dolphin charters leave from is all within 10mins. As well as a variety of restaurants and other things. Gerry was amazing to deal with as far as helping us and communicating with us with every question we had! Would love to come back to this condo next year! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our New Favorite!

We had an amazing experience at this condo @ Gulf Crest. We loved the condo itself, the assigned parking spot, and no wait times for the elevator. The condo was very clean & tastefully decorated. Gerry was awesome in answering all my questions. We hope to return back soon.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice clean condo with a gorgeous view. Excellent communication with property management. Be sure to take extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc. Comfortable bed in master (it creaks but sleeps good). We would definitely rent again. Quiet.

Simply AMAZING!

Condo was spectacular with an amazing view! The location was perfect. Great access to pool and beach. The resort and condo were clean and safe. Gerry was absolutely wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return. 5 stars as a rating isn’t high enough. So wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

Amazing view and perfect accommodations

Having a view from the dining room, living room and master bedroom is a rare treat. The balcony is huge - we enjoyed cooking and eating in because the ambience can’t get much better. Beds we’re comfortable, cleaning crew did a great job and we didn’t lack anything in terms of standard fittings (dishes, pots etc) Master double shower was also very nice. Condo owner/Mgmt was probably the most proactive and communicative I have ever dealt with. Condo facilities were great as well. Highly recommended!!

Great condo and professional owner

Two vacation weeks amazing in this beautyful condo ( 10-24 august). It lacks nothing, all is there. It's a large condo with a marvelous sea view. Everything is functional and clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with him and very professional.The balcony is a wonderful size and the view is sensational. Thank you Gerry

Very clean and up to date room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed dishes to cook as we like to cook in our room more then going out to dinner. My only complaints is that the washing machine took forever to wash a load of laundry, the master bed has a very firm mattress, and the master bedroom didn’t have a dresser so not much storage room for our clothes plus our childrens clothes. The room is extremely nice and I will definitely rebook for another stay when we go back.

Nicest condo yet!!

We absolutely loved this condo!! I have stayed at several different condos over the last 30 years that I have been traveling to PCB with my family (started as a kid). We have stayed at Gulf Crest before and loved it, but this condo was much nicer and well kept up than the other one we stayed in. It looks just like the pictures and there are plenty of kitchen supplies to allow you to comfortably stay in and cook. We had originally booked our trip for April, but due to Covid19 and travel restrictions we had to reschedule that trip. Gerry was awesome about rescheduling and keeping us up to date on what was happening with the STR ban and Covid19 issues for Florida. We were extremely happy to be able to keep our June dates and enjoyed our much needed vacation. We love the location since there are many places that are walking distance to visit and it seems to be much quieter on Thomas Drive. I would definitely recommend this condo and we are wanting to become return renters for many future trips.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! Gerry was great and easy to get a hold of! The condo was exactly as the pictures reflected and immaculately clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with! The guest shower door was off track, but Gerry made me aware of it before arriving and offered to have his maintenance man fix it, but it wasn’t an issue. We just left that side of the shower closed at all times. The location is great, however there is a bar outside of the condos and they play their music so loud all hours of the night. If your staying in the master bedroom or kids bunk you do not hear it at all, but if you are staying in the guest bedroom it is very loud as well as the street noise. This is not something Gerry could help and has nothing to do with his condo. We would 100% recommend this condo to anyone! We hope to be back again next year and stay at this exact location!

Stay was fine

Positives. Loved the room darkening curtains. Pools and beach access and chairs and umbrella were wonderful! The every day cleaning was fine. I feel so bad but do not want somebody else to be disappointed like I was. I never have written a negative review before. Pictures were deceiving. Paint chipped off the cabinets. Thick dust on the vents on walls. A lot of rust on tile under the bar stools. Thick dust on ceiling fans and pictures in master bathroom. The whole place was just a bit dingy. We had the toilet overflow. The owner did respond and send someone out but never checked back in of course until sending me a text to check out on time. Again I am sorry to have to tell the truth. I did not contact property owner about dust because I read a review about someone else talking about a deep cleaning and he responded with he can only do it when property isn't busy more or less. We still had a good time but could never get totally comfortable.

Great Beach Vacation!

Easy access to beach. Great pool area (kids loved the summer activities at the pool a couple of days a week during the summer). Close to attractions and restaurants. Unit was nice, comfortable, plenty of space for our group. Son enjoyed the bunk area. Travelled with several families so the complex was great to accommodate the needs of the various families.

Great condo in great location

Loved the location! Close enough to anything by car but less crowded than Pier Park area. The balcony was huge and the view is amazing. Close to shopping, amusement rides, and amazing restaurants. The condo was a good size for two couples and would easily accommodate a couple of kids in the bunks. The kitchen had all the necessary accoutrements, plenty of seating in the living room. Owner was very responsive.
