This five level contemporary town home offers a large floor plan as well as outstanding water views of Provincetown Harbor and Long Point Light House. Located on a quiet street in the West End of Provincetown this town home is minutes from the exciting activity of Commercial Street. The property has been renovated this year. It is very spacious with well appointed bedrooms situated on different levels for privacy. The kitchen has been fully renovated in 2021 with all new appliances. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer located on the bottom floor with a den. Other amenities are contemporary leather furniture, top floor deck with views, high-end linens, wireless internet connection, and two parking spaces located immediately in front of town home.

Perfect stay

we loved the location and the space itself. The house is on multiple levels which helps with privacy / space needs for a group of adults, and the bonus room downstairs could certainly have been another bedroom. Hosts were communicative and friendly and we'd absolutely stay here again.

Problems never resolved and partial refund never materialized.

The apartment was very nice. However one of the king sized bed frames was broken. It made sounds and scraped the floor every time you moved on it. I looked at and took pictures and then noticed that the floor was dirty too. It was a wood floor and not swept properly. I also noticed brown stains on the comforter as did my two friends in another room. We changed comforters. I contacted the host the next day about the bed. He said he would send someone over but I don't think they came. Then he said to move the mattress to the floor. I didn't want to do that so I slept in the basement bedroom that night. However that room smelled like a basement - musty - so I finally moved the bed to the floor, Then it was okay.. The other issue was the doorknob to the balcony. It kept falling off and eventually we could not get it back on. This made the door impossible to open so we couldn't use the balcony for the last day or so. The apartment was nice enough but these things were never resolved. I would not stay here again. The worst part is he said he would give us credit for one night free. In writing none-the less. but that never materialized. Not a nice move on his part. In fact he turned on us and said we left the place a mess. Well we did leave the mattress on the floor. Where he suggested we put it.

Wonderful Stay In Ptown

Friends and I spent a long weekend and had a great time. Jack's place is very clean, comfortable, and well-located to enjoy the town. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo with views

This was a terrific rental for our group of two adults and three teens. Beds are comfortable, a/c and heat work great, and the water view from the top floor is beautiful. Rob and Kack are terrific hosts and run the place so well.

Great Space

We had a great stay! Little bump in the stay with the clogged bathtub but very responsive to our issues and resolved quickly! It’s about a 15 minute walk into town! Thank you!

Great Space!

This property is a great space! You get three bedrooms, 4 beds and a great hangout space. Right off the Main Street, easy to walk into town. Felt safe and comfortable! Host was easy to communicate with and kind. Overall great stay!

Great location and great views.

This property is perfectly located a close walk to bradford and commercial. we walked to tea, relish, even boy beach. The lviing room has a water view with great sunsets. Nice updated kitchen. Limited outdoor space. There is a small deck, but it can really only fit 3-4 people and not really space to eat dinner outside. But other than that the place was great. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive.

Best value in all of Provincetown

This was the first time we stayed at this wonderful home and our stay was fantastic. The home was very spacious and well appointed. It has a great location near the west end and is close to everything. We would highly recommend this home to all of our friends.

Perfect Location

Great location for our family. Easy access to beaches by bike, Commercial St is just a couple blocks away, and grocery store is very close. The townhouse was also the perfect size for family of four. And host was available and accommodating. All in all a great experience.

Fabulous PTown Stay

Jack was a great host. Extremely responsive and cared about our stay—so much so that after a storm shut down part of the town for several days, he offered to give us a free weekend later in the year. The condo is in a great location, stylishly decorated, and exactly what we needed. We would come every year and plan on rebooking for our annual trip.

Great Ptown Visit

Terrific Provincetown rental

We had a terrific stay at this townhouse. It was an ideal location on the west end (short walk to beaches and town). And the layout worked great for our family - we were grateful to find a real 3BR with a nice sized kitchen and living room.

Great centrally located townhouse

Just off Bradford Street this place is great for groups. 2 large bedrooms with king beds, ample living area and kitchen. In the basement level is another room with 2 double beds. Can easily sleep 6, 8 would be tight but doable. Easy to walk to town, Boatslip and other bars & restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location and space

We loved our stay in Jack’s place. The location was great and convenient to all. The space was warm and accommodated all 6 of us nicely. The views of the by from the upper deck were spectacular. Jack was a great host who was easy to communicate with and very reaponsive to our needs.

Loved our stay in P-Town!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Excellent location, short walk to town and to the bars, and the three levels makes it easy to tune out Hit a bit of a snag at the check-in, but Jack fixed it right away. The beds are very large and very comfortable, A/C units cooled the area down nicely, and the balcony had great views.

Nice place. Great location

We really enjoyed the porperty. Overall everything was in place, very nice, and comfy. The house is far enough away from town to "get away" from the madness but close enough to get to "the madness" with a nice walk.

Great location great space and setup

The location is not your typical cape cod style home however it made for it in location, space, comfort and cleanliness. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns we had from initial booking to when we got there as well. Thankful for the week there and look forward to coming back.

Nice place for group stay w/ convenient location!

I stayed with 3 others during Bear Week 2015, and really enjoyed the space as well as the great location in Provincetown! It was very easy to get to the center of town, to the Boatslip, to the Beach, or even to the grocery store on Shank-Painter road. It was reasonably priced, and we were glad we found it available when we did, only a few months beforehand. We also enjoyed using the outdoor patio and grill as well!
