Location, location, location! Vår lägenhet ligger på andra våningen i byggnaden 21 och har utsikt över Fraser River. Den kostnadsfria vinterparken erbjuder en snabb resa och enkel tillgång till skidområdet, två miles away. Dessa lägenheter ligger inom gångavstånd till centrum Winter Park och Fraser River Trail. Det är en 30 minuters bilresa till den västra ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park.

Denna öppna planlösning 2 sovrum / 2 badsteg har nyligen renoverats och är ljus och öppen med massor av fönster. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en full / full våningssäng med en tvilling trille. En andra badrum ligger utanför det andra sovrummet. Det finns en full size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och en pack och spela tillgänglig. Full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Off street parking.

Super condo for a ski getaway

Lovely mountain getaway!

Our family really enjoyed this property! Really comfortable space for 4. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of seating in the living room for all of us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and unit is in walking distance of several restaurants in the area. Easy access to winter park for skiing. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely look to stay here again.

Cozy condo in Winter Park

We had a great time staying here over spring break. The Condo is up one flight of stairs and a short block walk to the bus stop. The bus comes every half hour and the ride to the slopes is only 20 minutes or less. The bus stop is usually one of the first on the loop so we were able to get a seat before it got too crowded. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and it had everything we needed for a great stay. A bigger crock pot would have been great, but the kitchen was well stocked overall. The balcony has a beautiful view of the creek and we loved the stone fireplace. The bins and hooks by the door were perfect for the 3 of us to stow our gear after skiing and the ski closet right outside the front door was very convenient. It is a short walk to the rec center and the indoor pool and 3 hot tubs were very nice. The parking was right out front and was never an issue. I would definitely recommend this condo for 3-4 people as a base to ski Winter Park and we hope to be back!

Ski Trip to Winter Park

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs at the rec center were an added bonus. We loved everything about the property.

Winter park

Great place to stay. Clean. Close to everything. Only downside was WiFi didn’t work the entire trip. Fairly frustrating with a teen and 2 littles but, it didn’t ruin the trip. Would definitely Recommend and stay again.

Great location!

We stayed at this cute little rental for a couple of nights and loved the convenient location! It was close to everything! The property was clean and well stocked and check in and check out were a breeze!

Great location and space

Location was great, spacious and clean with everything we needed. Property owner was very responsive. Beds comfortable. Only complaint is the very early checkout time. We wished we didn’t have to rush out by 10am!

Great Two Bedroom with a Washer/Dryer

This condo made our ski vacation perfect. All we had to worry about was skiing and having fun. Gas fireplace made it super convenient to have a fire. Beds were comfortable, and dual bathrooms/showers is great so the the adults don’t have to share with kids. In condo washer/dryer is a huge plus. Entire condo is updated. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking is your thing. Close to shuttle stop and great restaurants.

very convenient

We were in town for a 4 day Mogul competition at Winter Park and needed a place that was near the mtn and in town and this place was perfect! Condo was clean and cozy and right on the river. Loved having a fireplace! The Recreation Center within the condo complex was an awesome addition!!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs so much and was great having a pool table too!

Perfect Stay

Spent 4 nights and had a ball. Condo had everything we needed and was close to the rec center hot tub. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot tub was not up and running but the indoor ones were. Condo close to everything. Great stay.

Nice getaway

This is a very nice condo. It had fun games, plenty of towels and such and the owners were very nice to talk to when we needed to. A great family getaway place.

Great place, not the listed location.

Place is perfect for 5-6 as long as you have two couples. Kitchen was nice and big. Great fireplace and living rooms. The location is not as listed though. The location on the map shows that it is at the base of winter park, but the location is in the town of winter park, which is about 3 miles away, we didn’t find this out until we booked and we’re given the address. The main reason we chose this place was because it was supposed to be close to the base and not back in the town. If we were looking in town we would of had a lot more options to chose from, and potentially chose a difference one. When we checked in lightbulbs weren’t working and a towel rod fell off the wall. Parking was right outside and there is free parking at the base of the mountain fortunately, or a free shuttle that comes to about a block from the apartment.

Cute, close, and very practical

This condo is really neat. A king size bed in the Master bedroom and a bunk bed made of two full size beds in the second bedroom. The sleeper sofa can be upgraded with memory foam that is stored in a closet for a comfortable night. This condo has it all! The interior of the condo was recently renovated and looks great. It is also close to businesses (even on foot). The kitchen island is great for cooking or serve breakfast to your family. Finally, great swimming pool and jacuzzis (indoor/outdoor) 200 yards away

High Country Haus - Good location

This was a good price but the pictures did not fully represent the unit in my view. We had six people and it’s really better suited for five. We had a good experience but recommend adding more photos of inside and also promoting the rec center. New recreation center is beautiful and was a hit for all. Location is ideally suited and we used the shuttle which was convenient. Kitchen is basic. Good value and positive experience.

great little place

Good location, easy access, plenty of space for 4 adults. Nothing fancy, but this was a warm, inviting condo with easy access to everything in winter park and a short drive to the slopes. Great value!

Great condo, rec center and location!

Condo was very nice and clean, great size for a family - we were very comfortable and enjoyed the rec center. Great pool and hot tubs, nice locker rooms with showers. Kitchen was a little out-dated but functional for the basic meals

Perfect - just what we needed!

This two bedroom was perfect for our needs. Clean and cozy, kitchen fully equipped. The owner was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others. Thanks so much!

We are two families, each with two little ones; one based in Denver, CO, the other in Austin, TX. The boys are childhood friends and we have enjoyed sharing our second home and watching our families grow.

Winter Park is a great get-away with a true down-home feel. Conveniently located, it's an easy drive from Denver without suffering the traffic typical of the I-70 corridor. It is equally as beautiful and full of activities in both the winter and summer.
Hi Country Haus provides convenient access to downtown and the mountain. Our building is the best situated in the complex. It has views, is on the river, is close to the *brand new* rec center & bus stop, and the grounds are well maintained.

In the summer, waking up to a morning cup of coffee on our balcony and listening to the sound of the rushing river is a great way to start the day. If you look closely, you can catch a glimpse of the resident beaver family and if you are up early enough, you can even spy the moose enjoying a drink from the river. Our little ones love the 'hiking' trails just outside the door and playing ball in the yard along side the river.
In the winter, Winter Park and Mary Jane offer some of the best downhill skiing in CO! On a powder day the trees at Parson Bowl are not to be missed.
