Mysig, bekväm, enkel tillgång till stadens bekvämligheter. Denna stora 1200 kvm villa sover bekvämt 8-10 personer. Separat lagring för all vinter / sommar redskap, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten, kabel-TV, gratis Wi-Fi och fri tillgång till ett helt nytt klubbhus med pool och .hot badkar, rum spel och skåp.

Det finns en gratis buss till Winter Park & Mary Jane skidområden är rätt ut framför byggnaden. På bara två QUICK MILES, kommer du att bli avsläppt precis vid skidliftar

Sovrum detaljer: Queen säng med mycket bekväma nya minne madrass och kabel-TV i sovrummet. 2: a sovrummet har en Full över hela våningssäng, var och en med en ny minne madrass. 3: e sovrummet har 4 Twins i våningssäng stil och kabel-TV för barn. Vi har också extra twin hopfällbar säng lagras i garderoben. Det finns trägolv i hela och matta i sovrum för extra värme. Båda badrummen har renoverats och levereras med handdukar, schampo / balsam, lotion och hårtork. Vi levererar också en luftfuktare bör det behövs på natten.

Välfylld köket finns: Nya apparater, kaffebryggare, kaffekvarn, brödrost, lerkruka potten och alla krukor / kokkärl och rätter som du behöver. Vi lämnar alla kryddor, kryddor, folie, baggies, etc. för din användning.

Trä Öppen spis, stora däck med utsikt över skog och berg där det är inte ovanligt att se vilda djur precis utanför altandörren. Barnen kan släde på pulkabacke eller spela fotboll precis intill byggnaden. Gå över till Fraserfloden att fiska eller bara njuta av ljudet av vattnet.

Inom gångavstånd från den nya bio / exklusiva bowlinghall (The Foundry), Winter Park Pub, Hernando pizzeria och Fraser River Trail. 40 minuter från den västra ingången till Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great ski getaway

Wonderful property, great stay with family and friends. Location is ideal, walk to town, close to resort & bus to WP picks up right in front of building. The space was super comfortable, easy check in and fantastic communication with the host! Will stay again for sure!

Winter Park and Copper Ski Trip

This property was perfect for our ski group! On the free bus line to winter park or just eight minutes away from “Mary Jane” parking area. We had everything we needed and more. The clubhouse provided a nice warm swimming pool and hot tub for sore muscles!

In center of winter park. Walk or bus everywhere

This place is very convenient to get around with or without a car. We took the bus to and from the ski area. We walked to the grocery store. It really is super convenient. Lots of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen.

Clean and comfortable!

My family and I had a lovely stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. Being on the top floor it was quiet and private and had every comfort our family needed while away from home. My kids loved the heated swimming pool and rec center. Check in was a breeze and the location can’t be beat. No complaints from us! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in house was a huge help. If we ever find ourselves in winter park we will definitely consider rebooking here.

Great location

We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the condo. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and many restaurants. Updated interior. Private balcony and backs to woods. Mountain bike trail right on property too which was a bonus for our family. It was very nice to have so many things provided too like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap and even basic condiments in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was very good too. My only disappointment was that I didn't see it listed that this is a 3rd floor unit. That may be on me, but I didn't see it. It is not a big deal I just happen to be having some physical limitations at the moment so hauling all our stuff up the stairs was a little rough. Overall great place!

Great location and comfortable condo!

We had 5 adults and 2 children (5 and 2) stay at Kim’s condo for 2 nights. The location was absolutely perfect with the free ski shuttle right outside the door and close to restaurants as well as a Safeway just down the road. The condo was comfortable to fit all of us, had a great selection of games, DVDs, and anything else you might need (including all kitchen supplies as well as things like lotion, shampoo, q-tips, etc.). The fireplace was cozy as well. Communication with the host was always very quick and helpful. The community pool and hot tub was just a quick walk away and it was nice to use! We would definitely stay here again.

Family ski vacation

Everything was amazing and we are grateful. Wonderful place to stay. The only surprise was the unti was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It was probably in the description and was overlooked . Overall it was a 10 out 10.

Great place, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has plenty space and everything you might need during your stay, it was very clean and centrally located. We found the location to be super easy to get to Winter Park base as well as Fraser when needed. The rec center and pool area was a big hit with our kids. Being walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bars made our time in WP a great experience. Thank you Kim for sharing your special place with us.

As advertised. Family of 9 had plenty of room. Lift shuttle right outside door. Be advised, it's on 3rd floor with no elevator. Only negatives were water turned off 2 different mornings for remodel downstairs and some outlets were not working or very loose connection. It was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Great stay!

We loved staying in this condo. Excellent location - dog friendly but not "dog dirty" like some units can be. Very welcoming and comfortable unit with everything you may need to have a great trip down to lotion and cotton balls. Owner was quick to communite and super accommodating. We will return to this unit hopefully very soon! Weather and mtn. biking was phenomenal! Walks on the river enjoyable. Hiking and biking trails right out the back door. Clean hot tub at community pool area. Loved!

We live in Seattle since 2015 but are from Denver area. We have two teen boys who enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities, so this condo was the perfect choice. We love traveling with our dog so wanted to offer our condo up to other pet owners.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the small town feel of Winter Park. It is 1 1/2 Hour drive from Denver and the traffic is easier to navigate during peak season. We looked at several properties and found Hi Country Haus checked off several of our 'boxes'. In the Summer, our boys can drop their fishing poles in the Fraser River right across from our condo, hit the bike path or use the club house for a swim. Rocky Mountain Natl. Park and Grand Lake are 30-40 minutes away and offer hiking and boating, shopping and restaurants. We also like that our pool area is one of the nicest in town.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Please note: the condo is a 3rd floor corner unit. This makes it extremely quiet and bright, however there is NO elevator. We have a private deck that overlooks the woods where wildlife is often spotted. The condo is spacious, so you won't feel cramped with 8 people staying. We are right next to the club house and playground area.
