Mysig, bekväm, enkel tillgång till stadens bekvämligheter. Denna stora 1200 kvm villa sover bekvämt 8-10 personer. Separat lagring för all vinter / sommar redskap, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten, kabel-TV, gratis Wi-Fi och fri tillgång till ett helt nytt klubbhus med pool och .hot badkar, rum spel och skåp.

Det finns en gratis buss till Winter Park & ​​Mary Jane skidområden är rätt ut framför byggnaden. På bara två QUICK MILES, kommer du att bli avsläppt precis vid skidliftar

Great location and comfortable condo!

We had 5 adults and 2 children (5 and 2) stay at Kim’s condo for 2 nights. The location was absolutely perfect with the free ski shuttle right outside the door and close to restaurants as well as a Safeway just down the road. The condo was comfortable to fit all of us, had a great selection of games, DVDs, and anything else you might need (including all kitchen supplies as well as things like lotion, shampoo, q-tips, etc.). The fireplace was cozy as well. Communication with the host was always very quick and helpful. The community pool and hot tub was just a quick walk away and it was nice to use! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for family!

This condo was a perfect for our family! Right by the Winter Park ski shuttle and accessible Rec Center with hot tub and pool all within walking distance. Had a blast and everything was perfect and as described!

Family ski vacation

Everything was amazing and we are grateful. Wonderful place to stay. The only surprise was the unti was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It was probably in the description and was overlooked . Overall it was a 10 out 10.

Great place, close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has plenty space and everything you might need during your stay, it was very clean and centrally located. We found the location to be super easy to get to Winter Park base as well as Fraser when needed. The rec center and pool area was a big hit with our kids. Being walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and bars made our time in WP a great experience. Thank you Kim for sharing your special place with us.

As advertised. Family of 9 had plenty of room. Lift shuttle right outside door. Be advised, it's on 3rd floor with no elevator. Only negatives were water turned off 2 different mornings for remodel downstairs and some outlets were not working or very loose connection. It was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

We loved staying in this condo. Excellent location - dog friendly but not "dog dirty" like some units can be. Very welcoming and comfortable unit with everything you may need to have a great trip down to lotion and cotton balls. Owner was quick to communite and super accommodating. We will return to this unit hopefully very soon! Weather and mtn. biking was phenomenal! Walks on the river enjoyable. Hiking and biking trails right out the back door. Clean hot tub at community pool area. Loved!

Clean and comfortable!

My family and I had a lovely stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. Being on the top floor it was quiet and private and had every comfort our family needed while away from home. My kids loved the heated swimming pool and rec center. Check in was a breeze and the location can’t be beat. No complaints from us! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in house was a huge help. If we ever find ourselves in winter park we will definitely consider rebooking here.

We live in Seattle since 2015 but are from Denver area. We have two teen boys who enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities, so this condo was the perfect choice. We love traveling with our dog so wanted to offer our condo up to other pet owners.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the small town feel of Winter Park. It is 1 1/2 Hour drive from Denver and the traffic is easier to navigate during peak season. We looked at several properties and found Hi Country Haus checked off several of our 'boxes'. In the Summer, our boys can drop their fishing poles in the Fraser River right across from our condo, hit the bike path or use the club house for a swim. Rocky Mountain Natl. Park and Grand Lake are 30-40 minutes away and offer hiking and boating, shopping and restaurants. We also like that our pool area is one of the nicest in town.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Please note: the condo is a 3rd floor corner unit. This makes it extremely quiet and bright, however there is NO elevator. We have a private deck that overlooks the woods where wildlife is often spotted. The condo is spacious, so you won't feel cramped with 8 people staying. We are right next to the club house and playground area.
