New Orleans "Heart of the City" är där våra gäster kan "leva som en lokal" i super bekväm miljö. Vårt rymliga hem har sviter med 3 sovrum med privata badrum, formellt vardagsrum (HDTV med stor skärm), HBO, Showtime, Cinamax, Starz filmkanaler. Formell matsal (plats 6), vardagsrum med 1/2 bad, fullt kök, två balkonger utanför de två sovrummen på övervåningen samt möblerad uteplats nere på baksidan.
Vårt hem ligger i ett säkert bostadsområde och ligger inom gångavstånd till flera berömda restauranger i New Orleans, som Charlie's Steakhouse och Pascal's Manale och vårt nyupplivade kommersiella distrikt på Freret Street. Vi har många kaféer, barer, levande musikklubbar och lokala. Ta en kort 1/2 kvarts promenad för att ta en tur på vår världsberömda gatubil. Gatebilen är ett bekvämt, naturskönt sätt att besöka många attraktioner i New Orleans inklusive, vandringsturer i Garden District, kyrkogårdar, Magazine Street shopping, Bourbon Street spelning, Royal Street shopping, Audubon Park, Aquarium of the America's, Tulane / Loyola universitet, Harrah's Casino, Convention Center, Garden District-turer. Alla sängkläder, handdukar, grundstädning, pappersprodukter levereras. Hemmet har också två separata AC / Heat-system och flera vattenvärmare för dina större grupper.

Family Wedding trip

The property was beautiful, true New Orleans style. Location could not be beat. Bed were extremely comfortable. Nice little back yard. Only glitch was the internet was a bit spotty. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Home in a Perfect Location

This house was fantastic! Great location, off-street covered parking, close restaurants/shops, and each bedroom had a private bathroom. It was the perfect home base for our family to enjoy a full week of Mardi Gras. Andrew was extremely responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this home!

Great location and lodging

The property is spacious, clean, and very convenient to all you may need. The mattresses are very good, which is a key for good sleep after hanging out so much in an incredible music/food city. One can walk to the street car stop to take you downtown. There are great eateries, including an awesome coffee shop and award-winning restaurants, within walking distance to the property too. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner was easy to work with and made arrival and departure simple. Thanks!

Amazing Stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fabulous and central to everything. The house was clean, neat, and spacious - perfect for our family of 4 adults staying for the weekend. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Uptown New Orleans!

Plenty of room in a great location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's house. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. within a close proximity. Andrew was extremely cooperative and easy to work with....highly recommend the property.

A Birthday weekend for two brothers with family and friends 3 couples

Location of property was great close to a lot,parking at the property was great,streetcar one block away, but we used the car lots of place to go. The property was very clear I would definitely stay there again lots of room inside back yard fenced in BBQ grill which we used, just a great time.

Wonderful property!

We were 3 cousins there for a girl’s trip. Each of us had plenty of space with our own rooms and bathrooms. Being close to St Charles Ave. and the streetcar was great. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful neighborhood and property

Stayed in early October, 24. The house is great. Comfy beds. 2 of the rooms are next to each other and the 1 is on the other side of the house so you can have some privacy. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. Andrew allowed us to check out late, which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Great NOLA stay

The place was a lot bigger than I thought which was nice. Everything was clean and worked out great for our family. Safe neighborhood. Uber rides were quick and we even walked to a few places. Host was communicative. Thank you!

Beautiful residence.

Perfect graduation stay!

This house is exactly as it is pictured and has great walkable access to many spots. Andrew was extremely responsive and provided lots of information prior to check which included lots of local suggestions. This was the perfect place for our family to use as home base during on daughter’s graduation weekend. WiFi also worked perfectly. Highly recommend this terrific home!

Worked great for our needs

Nice and quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe and enjoyed walking around. Overall, it worked well for our week in town for our son’s wedding and all the activities.

Fantastic home in a great location

Love this house!! It’s spacious, beautiful , spotless and very well appointed. The location is great- barely a block from the St Charles streetcar and the #9 bus. The beds (sleeps 6 easily ) are comfy, and each room has own bath, plus 1/2 downstairs. Owner is super easy to work with, very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!!
