Urban Oasis

Cindy's home is a true urban oasis. As soon as you enter her charming rear yard, you are transported away from the city. In April, a refreshing breeze swept in from the river bringing fragrant aromas in through the windows. The rental is very clean and offers a never ending supply of clean towels. There is space for the whole family. This was such a better experience for us and our two teen boys vs. a hotel room.

Great uptown cottage!

We enjoyed a great trip to New Orleans just after Mardi Gras. The rental was just as depicted, Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities with very comfortable beds! Street parking is easy, location is ideal to explore the city. In good weather you will love the beautiful yard! We had no issue but older renters should be aware that kitchen is on ground level and living and bedrooms are on second floor. Cindy is a great host- friendly and helpful if needed. We had a great experience and highly recommend this rental!

Great spot

Great location. Walking distance to La Petite restaurant. Cindy was very easy to wok with and pleasant to speak to us each morning in the courtyard. Would definitely rent this spot again

Mardi Gras stay

This was the perfect location for our group. Close to grocery, shopping, Mardi Gras parades. Owner was wonderful. Courtyard very nice.

Christmas in New Orleans

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best time. Cindy was a very helpful and lovely host! It was very comfortable and clean for all of us and we loved her quaint backyard. We only stayed 7 days and really wished we had stayed 10! I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Place in New Orleans

The property was spotless and very welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better—just around the corner from Magazine Street, which offered great shopping and dining, and within walking distance to the trolley for easy access to all the best attractions. Cindy was a wonderful host, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful place inside and out

Excellent place to stay. Great host. Quiet neighborhood close to Magazine Street. A very nice grocery store 4 blocks away. Great parking. Hanging out in the backyard was a great way to relax after sightseeing. Highly recommend.

A lovely time

We had a lovely time at Cindy‘s. We had three little dogs, one year-old baby and the rest of the family and the backyard was perfect for hanging out spending time without having to worry about the dogs getting out. The location is perfect!!! We felt very safe there and you can park right in front of the house. The coffee pot was dirty so we went out for coffee. There’s plenty of towels!! A lovely, sweet Condy lives in the front but we really didn’t see her until we were leaving so she gives you complete privacy. The only scary part was there were steep stairs and no door on it so we had to watch our one year-old nonstop because we didn’t want him to fall down the stairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Air Conditioner was very, very cold.

Hurricane House Hunting

I'm an artist and was traveling to look at houses for relocation. The the hurricane showed up. Cindy made sure i was good and had everything i needed. I loved walking around the neighborhood. And i spent so much time in the back garden. Tysm cindy!
