Vår lägenhet vid havet har en öppen planlösning som bekvämt rymmer 6 gäster. Vardagsrummet har bekväma sittplatser, plattskärms-tv, en öppen spis och bäst av allt det vetter mot havet. Matsalen har plats för 6 och ytterligare 4 på köksbänken. Det fullt utrustade köket är helt uppgraderat med bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Utrymmen på denna strandlägenhet flyter mycket bra vilket gör det till en mycket bekväm egenskap att bo i.

Neutrala bakgrunder, moderna stilar med ljusa färger är det som definierar denna hyra - Även de vackra långa korridorerna är dekorerade snyggt med underbara detaljer.

Vår frontfront lägenhet har 1400 kvadratmeter bostadsyta.

Villas Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a sad experience. Proper maintenance not being done on the units which caused me to have to do work that the people who get paid to maintain them should have been doing. I had an issue and left a voicemail message regarding the matter and never heard back from anyone. New management company or employees I feel. I came back because in 2022 I had a great experience. That will not be the case next time as I have many choices.

Just book it!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo, quiet, clean....and close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to the pier. The best part I loved about the condo was the hugh balcony over looking the ocean sitting with a glass of wine ~ people watching and watching the sun set

Nice Family vacation

We loves the location, and the beach! The unit was nice wnough but needs painted and updated, smelled and looked extremley clean when we walked in until we found the spots of fresh blood on the walls, assuming that housekeeping must have cut themselves and didnt put on a band-aide several days later we found more dried spots on the wall Mona was great in sending someone quickly to clean it. Beds were very comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay and our littles loved the pool. The beach and the short walk was amazing with alot to to do with just a short walk. We will be coming back to Clearwater again in the future.

The place was clean and well equipped for making meals for our family. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach was not nearly as busy as it was further down which was very pleasant and easy for our kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our two children, ages 14 and 11, had an amazing time on our week vacation in Clearwater! This location is right on the beach with beautiful views! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. So many fun things to do, searching (diving) for shells in the sand bar, jet ski rentals right from the beach and fishing off the pier, to name a few. We had the BEST time!

Huge washer and dryer was a bonus. We used the BBQ down by the pool. Condo had some beach chairs,umbrellas and sand toys. Condo could use a vacuum. We enjoyed our stay!

The unit itself is so pretty and was very clean (which is hard to get when you rent condos) but this unit was impeccable. We did not know how to work the tv and mona was so pleasant and patient helping us.

Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: Overall you cannot beat the view and convenience to the beach. Dental was dated, except for the bathrooms. After one shower in the master shower, the drain clogged. We reached out to our contact for the rental, Julian, and he said maintenance would come. They never did...for what you pay to rent the unit, you should have better customer service.

Very nice

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.
