På Apollo on the Beach Condo, enhet 208, har du din egen privata premiär överstora balkong med sydväst exponering, vilket ger en fri utsikt över Marco Island vackra 3 1/2 mil vit sand Crescent Beach. Enhet 208 är ett sovrum / bad, WiFi, ny kakel, nya möbler komplett med king size-bäddsoffa och två plattskärmar / DVD-TV. Köket är fullt utrustat med ett nyare kylskåp, spis, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Sunset Grille, röstat "bästa happy hour" på ön, ligger på bottenvåningen. Nice place

I rented this unit while I was at Marco for a conference down the road at the JW Marriott. It was clean and well decorated. I would stay there again. The restaurant on the 1st floor is a great perk of staying here.

Modern Beach Retreat

This property is perfect for a couple’s get away. Recently remodeled with great attention to detail. Some of our favorites were the on beach location, beach decor, touchscreen vanity mirror, modern finishes, huge lanai, personal secure Wi-Fi network, Keurig, Roku, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We would love to return to this property.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Apollo for 9 years now and this was the first time in this unit, we were generally satisfied with the exception of the fact that there is no high top table on the deck. the second floor decks are larger which is wonderful and why we only stay on the second floor but without a high top you cannot eat outside at the low table and see the ocean because the wall is solid. Other than that the unit is fine, it is not as updated as some but we are there for the outdoors not the indoor. Property Management folks were great, we would definitely stay again if they add the table.

Great location, but would not stay at this property again

Bed sheets were stained, a few towels were threadbare in places, metal rim on outside door at base was bent and sticking out, lock on sliding door loose, main door had flimsy lock. We did not cook as some dishes had food in them and some utensils were dirty. No vacuum was provided. After asking, a broom and dust pan were provided. We were on the second floor. There were no exit signs for stairs in case of emergency. There were steps outside on the second floor leading to the ground level, but you had to use a key to unlock the gate. The property was being painted while we stayed at the condo. When we signed the rental agreement we were not made aware of this. The patio was covered with grit almost every day from their work, and the bedroom window was covered on the outside with plastic for a few days while we were staying there. We would NOT have booked this rental had we known about the painting and work being done on the building. I did like the shaded parking spot. The beach was great.

Beautiful Relaxing Condo on the beach.

The only thing that was slightly less than amazing was having to stop at the real estate office to pick up a key. It would be nice if they had electronic keypads so we could skip this step. But this is a super minor thing. A key is required to enter the building so I think this is how all rentals in the building are, and I don't think the individual owners can do anything about it. I did really like that the doors to the building and the elevator was secure, it felt very safe. The patio was amazing! It was 3 times the size of most the patios in the building. I had to work some during my trip, so the patio made for the perfect remote office. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The unit is beautifully decorated. Everything is new and clean. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Even though we were here during spring break the building was quiet at all hours. The backpack-style beach chairs provided were perfect and easy to carry out to the beach. Loved it. The location and huge patio definitely made this condo worth the price compared to the surrounding rentals I looked at. Thanks for the great vacation!

Food is great on the island. We suggest checking out Marco Movies, it was so fun and the food was really good, and our daughter loved it! Another suggestion would be beach shoes, it’s very shell heavy!

Great location!

Beautiful views and great condo! Very convenient with kids with the pool beach and restaurant. Love the updates in the condo! Unfortunately there was a lot of work being done to other condos so there was so much dust and debris all over the patio. Every time we wanted to sit outside we would have to wipe everything down and sweep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing sunsets! Perfect location! Awesome beach walks. Great communication from Harborview. Easy check in and check out process. Updated, clean, and perfect for 2. Small space but it's all you need. We had 4 people, 2 small children who slept on sleeper sofa that wasn't comfortable for them. You would want to consider if older adults or bigger kids. The toilet was unable to flush for about 30 min after the last person. Not sure if was an issue with just ours or the condo? We did not report. We had what was needed for breakfast and lunch but ate dinner out each night. There is no oven for cooking as an fyi. Need to use a key to get in and out of most areas of condo. Good for security but a fob what be more convenient when your hands are full of beach items. We would stay again!
