Coastal theme decorated condo. Brand new remodel.Extended balcony facing the ocean, with West exposure guaranteeing spectacular sunsets. Located in the Apollo condominium, with the famous Sunset Grill Restaurant in the same building. Walking distance from bars, restaurants, shopping, and many more attractions.
During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season
"Lessee [or substitute âTenantâ or âRenterâ for âLesseeâ everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lesseeâs occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
