This small apartment is perfectly placed to access the old town. There's no vehicle access, but our host arranged to meet us close by, and helped take the luggage down some stairs. The kitchenette, terrace and fridge were great to have. Restaurants are expensive, so a simple meal at the apartment was perfect.

This flat is filled with old workd charm. The views from the terrace and bedroom were amazing. The location was perfect. Fabulous place and highly recommend it.

Beautiful historic apartment close to the city!

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Close to old town and swimming. Sleeps 4 comfortably and has a beautiful patio for relaxing. Our hosts were very kind and helpful!

Wonderful location; charming home

Loved this stay. Building is small but very comfortable and we had no problem cooking in the kitchen. Stairs up to bedroom require care but good handrails help. Home is charming and family owned for over 150 years. Location is superb. Very close to Old Town, grocery, and airport shuttle. Host responded quickly to any messages. Would choose this location again.

Great location, plenty of amenities.

We enjoyed our short stay, and liked being close to a city gait without being in the middle of such a busy city. Comfortable apartment. Not for those with mobility issues as the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow.

Pros:For the price, this place is amazing!It is perfectly located next to old town Dubrovnik and the fortress, and the patio is quite charming with a peekaboo view of the sea!It is super clean and charming.The landlady is VERY nice.Cons:I deducted one star for the fact that the stairs are super steep and the bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs, so if you need to use the bathroom during the night, it is a hazard. I have to add that i am writing as an American, and those things are more common in Europe.The second thing that is not mentioned is that one bedroom is a proper one, and the second one is a walk- through. For us it didn’t really matter as we were two adults an elderly person who had to sleep on the couch in the living room( due to the stairs), but if you have, say, two couples, it is not ideal.Another thing is, as some of the furniture is of the era of the house, the bed kept me awake as it would make super loud popping noises throughout the night. I am talking about looooud noises. All in all, it is a great place!

Amazing locaiton

This property was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect for getting to the cable car, Old Town, walking tours, beach, restaurants, etc. It is very small and the stairs are steep (as shown), but it is very comfortable and it was plenty of space for us - 2 adults, 2 teens. Rebecca was always fast to respond to questions. We enjoyed our time there!

Great Dubrovnik location

The location could not be better- a short walk to old town. The property was clean and updated. The property also includes a reserved parking space - a very big plus! The negatives ( and the reason for 4 stars overall) are: The stair to the bedrooms is steep and narrow - it would challenge a bighorn sheep. So treacherous we left our luggage downstairs rather than to risk transport. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the property owner ignored my questions about how to resolve. The tv has multiple channels but only static for audio. Despite the negatives, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful apartment, close to everything

Our family of 5 (including 3 kids aged 13, 11 and 7) loved our stay at Rebecca's apartment. It has a lot of charm, and is steps from everything (the beach, the gate to the old town, a small grocery store, a bakery, a reasonably priced sandwich shop). Although the apartment is not large, we did not feel cramped in the space. The patio was an added bonus, and we found it to be a very compelling place to read, eat breakfast/lunch and have evening drinks. The beds, including the couch and the fold out beds at the top of the staircase, were all very comfortable. My kids appreciated the strong WiFi. Rebecca and Vido were very helpful throughout the planning process and after we arrived. When the washing machine stopped working, Vido was there within the hour looking into it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We would return without hesitation.

With small efforts the standard of the apartment can be raised. More tools in the Kitchen. More towels for free or at an extra cost. Kill tiny ants.

Rebecca was a fabulous host. She went out of her way to ensure we had ground coffee for our stay. The location, just outside the east gate to Old Town, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Dubrovnik.

Ideal location to walk into Old Town and the fabulous dining there. Rebecca met us, showed us the property, and gave us excellent suggestions for dining AND scheduled a car to take us to the airport. Perfect place for the last two nights of our Croatia time.

This is an excellent location for a trip to Dubrovnik! The hosts were wonderful with communicating about check in and where to park. They were helpful and kind and went out of their way to be sure our time in the city was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and all set up for our kids so that they could immediately come in to their separate beds ready. The air was nice and cool with the weather was so very hot outside. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked great! It was interesting reading about the history of the apartment in the information book available. The apartment has been in the family for years with a rich history! If I was to visit Dubrovnik in the future, I would happily stay here again!

Lovely little place with a fantastic location.

Very charming place with lots of character. We loved the little terrace outside so we could enjoy a meal or a coffee with a nice view. It was nice to be close to the center but far enough away to enjoy some peace.

Lovely property in the perfect location! The hosts were communicative and very helpful. The location was great, with a short walk to old town and the beach. Everything we needed was provided, and the terrace is a nice feature. Very interesting back story on the property as well! We loved the coffee shop down the steps. Location was excellent, view okay

Stayed with my wife and two adult children, place was just above the city walls. Easy walking, very convenient. Manager was a bit slow on responses to questions but a 5/5 overall. Would recommend to anyone, friends, family.

This apartment is located in an authentic stone family house, that has been home to our family for more than five generations. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom provide modern convenience, while retaining the authentic charm of our family heritage. This apartment has been open to guests since 2011.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Even though this apartment is just 3 minutes away from the Old Town and beaches, it still feels very private and quiet in the evenings. Shops, restaurants, banks and bus lines are just a few metres away, and reserved parking (always hard to find in the summer!) is an extra plus.
