Vi fullbordar just fullständig renovering av denna vackra lägenhet belägen i stadsmuren i Gamla stan i Dubrovnik. Säsong 2019 är vår första gång på marknaden. Den har modernt vardagsrum med stort fönster, sovrum (stort fönster), badrum och kök som är utrustat för att förbereda läckra måltider. Lägenheten ligger i en lugn gata. Gamla stan är inte stor, det tar bara 10 minuter att komma från en del till en annan. Det tar 3 minuter att gå ner till huvudgatan Stradun där du kan fånga allt från fantastiska restauranger, butiker, barer, apotek, ingång till stadsmuren ... Den berömda Buza-baren ligger mindre än 100 meter från lägenheten. Där kan du ta ett dopp, klippdykning, cocktails .. Gammal hamn är mindre än 5 min promenad från var du kan ta båt till Lokrum Island (10 min båttur), trädön kryssning (hela dagen), St. Jacob Beach (5min båttur), transfer till närliggande stad Cavtat eller så kan du hyra en båt och njuta av vattensporter ... Lägenheten har ett perfekt läge att utforska runt!

Perfect Dubrovnik experience

This is our first visit to Croatia to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. This was the perfect apartment on a convenient but quiet street in old town that allowed us to enjoy the true Dubrovnik experience. Our host Mirija was amazing, responsive, and helped us secure parking. Highly recommended!!

Great Old Town Apartment

Conveniently located apartment that puts you right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Just be prepared to carry your luggage as cars cannot enter Old Town and this property is located at the top of the steps right near the wall.

Our experience from start to finish was outstanding, the host was an excellent communicator. Airport transport was arranged for us with a very helpful driver. Lovely apartment right in the Old Town

This is a lovely modern apartment right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik and a great location for visiting. The apartment is at the top of a lot of steps (and the only reason for giving the location four stars) but that is quite typical for the area and hard to avoid. The air con is great and the apartment had all we needed for a four night stay for two of us. The check in details sent by our host were really helpful too.

20th anniversary trip

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It’s in the Old Town walls on a quiet street. While there are lots of steps to get up to it, it’s so worth it. It’s perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy and it had all the amenities of home. The best part was working with Mirija! She was helpful and so gracious. We loved this place so so much!

Wonderful Dubrovnik

This is a very clean and modern apartment right in old town Dubrovnik. Mirija was an excellent host who responded quickly to requests. The location of the apartment is to the back of old town which makes it a nice quiet corner but still within 5 min walk to anything in old town. I highly recommend this residence for anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

A beautiful apartment in the Old City, close to all the major sites. As stated the property was recently renovated. Everything is new and very clean, and attractively decorated with a modern look. Excellence was just the beginning

Mirija has a wonderful apartment, and is incredibly thoughtful to her guests. Mirija welcomed us at the old city gate and showed us the market and restaurant suggestions (all great). The tour of the town was wonderful and helped us get our bearings. The apartment is adorable and well stocked. There was even a first aid kit (never seen that before) and some emergency ponchos (Thanks, we did use). We spent a week there exploring the city. Loved every day staying here

Nice apartment in Old Town

This is a nice apartment in Old Town, close to everything you want to see and do. Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. The AC worked great. The bed was very comfortable. Mirija was very helpful giving us directions to the bakery, grocery store and arranging airport transfer. If you have heavy luggage, ask Mirija for help from a porter. As with everything in Old Town, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is right next to city walls
and close to Buza bar. Location is peacefull. It is close by to all monuments and Old harbour and because of that is great location for tourist on holidays. Next door is one more apartment that we are renting to tourists.
