Perfect stay for a business trip

Fantastic stay

We came to watch the tennis and this place was perfect. Very close to the venue and plenty of room. The hot tub was awesome. The host really took care of us and really made us feel welcomed when we arrived. So comfy. And t was just perfect. Thanks so much!

Great stay for BNP Paribas Open

We stayed at this property for middle weekend of BNP tennis tournament, great location and first class accommodation. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Host was gracious and made sure we had perfect stay, Highly recommended.

Great Vacation!

Ann's place was perfect for our getaway. We loved how close we were to both the main pool and one of the smaller ones. We were also a mile away from old town, and a short walk from La Quinta resort. Ann was super responsive and flexible. Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect location!

Absolutely beautiful studio in a beautiful complex! Feels like you’re in Tuscany. The unit is spotless and perfect for two. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely choose Ann’ s unit again and will recommend to our friends.

Nice little extras

We were left a Battle of wine, crackers & cheese. Condo was decorated with extra touches. We’ve stayed at a dozen Legacy condos and an extra effort was put into the decor that made it feel a bit more luxurious.

Absolutely Recommend this Wonderful Studio for Anybody in the Area

Ann's place in La Quinta is a true gem. I stayed here during Coachella weekend. Beautiful views, nice pools and amenities, and the studio itself is great with a comfortable bed. Ann responded very quickly to any questions and left us wine and cheese which was a great touch. Would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Our Second Stay Here!

What a wonderful place to come and get away from it all for my husband and I. Very low key this time of year which is what we love and what we needed. This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Ann is the best and so easy to work with. From the wine and cheese upon arrival (such a nice touch) to saying our goodbyes at departure, everything was top notch. Thank you Ann and Barry for another fabulous stay! See you next year!

Lovely studio with a great view

My wife and I stayed in Ann's unit for 11 days and found it to be exactly as described in the listing. The patio was especially nice with its large seating area and fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and grounds. Leaving a nice red wine on the patio table was a very thoughtful touch and we very much enjoyed meeting Ann and chatting by the pool. We'd definitely stay at her studio again next time we're in La Quinta.

Lovely Place, Lovely Host

Ann’s tastefully decorated studio apartment had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week in La Quinta. A highlight is the gorgeous view off the well-appointed upstairs patio of our room of the mountains and pool area. It was a delight to walk in and find wine and cheese and a kind note from the hostess waiting for us! The bed was amazingly comfortable and, being here in winter, we thoroughly enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace in our bedroom. Thank you Ann!

Beautiful accommodations in a lovely and safe area

We arrived to a perfectly appointed studio. Everything that one could need was made available. The furnishings are attractive, comfortable and functional. The location could not be better. Although we had a rental vehicle, we used Uber and Lyft. Being in a guard gated community didn’t complicate the pick up/ drop off process as the 24 hour security were knowledgable and attentive. We look forward to coming back! Thank you Ann!

Lovely stay

Lovely room, beautifully decorated with a Tuscan sense. In view of surprisingly chilly weather, we really appreciated the gas fireplace and great soaker tub! We also appreciated the covered deck with dining table and view of the nearby mountain. With the cooler weather, the TV tables were a great asset for eating indoors, while watching TV or listening to music channels. The pool and hot tub were very close by. The resort property was lovely, and within short driving distance to every amenity. Ann graciously provided wine and cookies for our arrival. We really enjoyed meeting her; she is a lovely hostess, who was unobtrusive but helpful, and we wished we might have had greater opportunity to get to know her! An exquisite place to stay

This truly comfortable, very private and full of 'feel-at-home' spirit studio at the heart of the great location in the desert is above and beyond any standards one can expect from a medium-small place to stay. An amazing balcony, very peaceful and cozy; very clean and illuminated bathroom with a lot of space; tasteful room decor - these are just the small part of this beautiful studio features that come to mind. Community location is perfectly situated so it's very easy to get in and out of the community. The studio itself is perfectly clean and well maintained. We, indeed, enjoyed the gorgeous view of the mountains surrounding the Legacy Villas. Loved the charm of this studio - mainly because it does not give you the routine 'studio-for-rent' vibe at all. We were in town for a PowerTrip music festival event and coming back to this studio was very peaceful and relaxing. We are extremely grateful to our hostess. Unfortunately, we didn't have an opportunity to express our thanks in person to her which is, indeed, doesn't diminish our impressions at all. Thank you, Ann, for your hospitality, we definitely will rent your studio again if we are in and around La Quinta!
