Location couldn't be better. Key amenities were private parking, hot tub and balcony. Room was as advertised, had everything we needed including comfortable bed. Great communications with host. Hope to return.

Best Value in Telluride!

This stay at the Fall Line Condos was fantastic. I really appreciated Tom and Elaine's flexibility to hook us up with parking, an early check-in, and even an upgrade to 2 bedrooms for a friend and I. Thanks a lot, if you're considering it, this is a great choice!

Excellent Location

Excellent location! This condo is so convenient to walk to the gondola and the main street area. It made our time in Telluride even better since we didn’t have to catch buses or plan bus times (like other ski towns). The hot tub was great after full ski days. Elaine was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back to Telluride!

loved the condo

It felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Loved the hot tub and the location to the gondola from town to the mountain was about 2 blocks. So convenient and beautiful scenery on our walk. All the shops on the main street were close by too. Our hosts Elaine and Tom were present and helpful. We will stay there on our next trip to Telluride!

Blues and Brews Festival

I needed a place at the last minute and found this cool place just two blocks from the festival. While nothing fancy, it was clean, close to everything and was a quick walk to the festival.

Terrific location!

This is a perfect spot in Telluride to walk to anywhere in town. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is not super fancy, but for the value was great for us! Communication with the host was excellent- we will be back.

What a gem

First timers to Telluride and this no frills condo was perfect. The room had a nice old ski town vibe to it. There were 3 of us and we were fine with the 1 bedroom space,. One queen, one single, and one queen pull out. Everything we needed was included like soap, shampoo, detergent etc. The location was top notch. We walked 3 blocks to the gondola or #8 each morning and we were on the slopes. We really enjoyed the town and our stay. The couple running the Inn were absolutely the sweetest and most attentive couple. Hope to go back again and again:)

Right near the gondola for a ski week

We picked this condo as it was right near town and the ski gondola and was in our price range. Still very expensive for a small condo which was a little dated but it suited us for the week. Would have liked tea and coffee and a smart TV like other places I’ve stayed but for Telluride it was simple, functional and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location!

This property exceeded our expectations. Condo furnishings were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. We were in town for the Telluride Blues and Brews festival and literally less than a five minute walk from the festival entrance. The hosts were very nice and low key. Highly recommend!
