I stadens studio intill skidliften på Cimarron Lodge. Denna enhet var helt renoverad med skiffergolv, nya mattor och ny färg samt ett helt nytt kök med spis, ugn, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och komplett uppsättning av grytor, kastruller, köksredskap och disk. Den har en queen size-säng och med en enkelsäng och en rulla för en liten familj. Vid behov den angränsande enheten, VRBO # 56668 har drottning med en extra tvilling (ingen trissa) och det är ett eget, fullt bad om du vill ha båda enheterna tillsammans. Dessa lägenheter har två stora utomhuspoolar precis utanför dörren, en separat tvättanläggning med två tvättmaskiner och torktumlare (nyckel tillhandahålls) och busshållplatsen för stadsslingan stannar intill lägenheten var tionde minut. Bussen tar dig till gondolen på 2 minuter eller går dit om 5! Den kostnadsfria bussen tar dig också till restauranger, butiker och nattliv i centrala Telluride!

Great location — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. The place is small but had what I needed for a comfortable stay. It could use a little TLC, and I had some trouble registering my car for the provided lot, so I ended up parking on the street, which was a bit stressful. It would also be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water in the unit in case you arrive late and stores are closed. The host was available when needed, which I really appreciated. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

Cozy Studio Condo

This was our first trip to Telluride. It is a hidden gem. The condo is so close the chair 7 lift and to the quaint town of Telluride. The hot tub was great. The condo had everything we needed.

Terrible communications with property manager

I had a hiking accident on the day of my arrival and called and messaged the property manager to advise them that I would not be able to check in. The voicemail box was full so my spouse could not leave a message and the property manager did not reply to an online message that I sent them. If you rent this property be aware that the property manager does not respond to communications.

Save yourself from stress

Came 10mins earlier and called the property manager if we could check in already which she allowed. It took us a minute to find the unit as it wasn’t specified on the listing. We got to the unit with the door open, only the find out that somebody is still on the process of repairing the restroom plumbing. The whole unit is cluttered and uncleaned. The restroom out of order, water covered the whole restroom floor. I called back the property manager and requested if she could transfer us to a different unit to no avail and we requested for a refund instead. She told us to just drop our bags and go out of the unit to explore the town so the man could do his job which I thought will not be finished for a couple more hours. So we declined and asked for a refund of course. She had the nerve to deny us a refund and told us that the transaction I booked was nonrefundable. I argued and finally she gave in and she said she will process to return the money. 2 days past the refund was still not processed. I called vrbo and they took care of the problem. Imagine the 4 hour long drive and to know the place youll be staying is not ready. The inconvenience and stress that it had made. I will never book that place ever again

I waited a month to write this review because I was so upset. And I still have nothing nice to say. When I arrived at 7pm, the room wasn't clean. There was no tp, no clean silverware to eat dinner (only dirty dishes in the sink), the beds were messy, the wifi didn't work, and the t.v. didn't work. I called/texted the owner. He said he would send cleaners over. A half hour later I called him again and asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else. No, dirty units happen sometimes. The cleaners weren't there yet but eventually showed up. Once the bed was made, I sat on it while they cleaned rest of the unit. My cloths and shoes were soaking wet and I just needed a place to sit, shower, and eat dinner. None of which I got. Two hours later, the room was poorly cleaned. There was dog hair all over the floor, (they didn't vacuum or sweep), and dirty wrappers under the bed. It was gross. I reset the modem and got the wifi to work. I rewired the t.v. and got that working. The t.v. is pushed back in a cabinet. If you move the tv the wires fall out. I am sure that is what the previous guest had done. The mirror was off the wall and placed behind the table. If you pull it out you can set it against the wall to use. And you can only watch tv from the bed. The unit is cheap, the owner doesn't care and it shows. Pay the extra money for another unit or sleep in a tent. Both would be better options than repeating a stay in this unit. I am very disappointed. I didn't need or expect much. But I also didn't need to pay money just to sit hungry in wet clothes because of someone else mess and mistake with an 'oh well' attitude.

Disappointed in this property. Parking permit process was a pain which included no permit being available due to an account locked situation. The fridge/freezer in the room was also malfunctioning resulting in about 40 of groceries going bad. Understand that these things can happen but communicated this to the property manager with no offer on a resolution. Would not come back.

Amazing Telluride Condo

This place was in the perfect location! Quiet and chill. Steps away from the River and Trail that leads all the way to the Telluride bluegrass Festival, and any part of town. Highly highly recommend and plan to come back and stay again in the near future! Management was easy to communicate with as well. Thank you very much folks!

Great place! Could walk to downtown which is so important as there’s no easy parking! Very busy! You get a parking spot and the bus picks up right out front! Hot tub was the best ever after hiking all day! Would have liked hot tub towels but other than that, it was perfect!

Bigger than it looked, excellent location

Came for Mountainfilm, this studio was really (relatively) affordable. It felt bigger than the photos made it seem. It’s in a perfect location right on the creek path and accessible to town. The check in process was easy, including the parking permit for two cars. The kitchenette was just enough for cooking simple things. We were so busy with films we didn’t make it to the hot tub! Next time. I would definitely stay here again.

Long time different ski are resident visiting Telluride

The location couldn't be better but the unit was dated just like me! Parking is an issue as it is very complicated to use the website and is time consuming. There is no place to grab a quick breakfast nearby nor dining so you have to go downtown. They do have free buses. All the locals and guests were very nice and friendly. The check in emails were very good and showed concerns about my stay and who to contact.I would recommend the Cimarron complex as most visiting skiers are outside most of the time.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay! This apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the gondola! The space is fairly small, but we had everything we needed!

I'm from Honduras and studied in NYC before moving to Telluride in 2002. I work full time at Elinoff Gallery, the oldest, continuously owned business in Telluride and I also own the fondue restaurant in town called, "Alpinist & the Goat".

I try to offer excellent value for renters to come to Telluride It's expensive here but this condo will be clean and affordable. It's in a wonderful location in the winter for ski-in, ski-out access and it has ski lockers of it's own, and in the summer, it's right along the river trail in town for summer activities.
