Långtidsuthyrning tillgänglig från september! Detta vackra hus med ranchstil med smakfulla dekorer rymmer 2-4 gäster. Vi är ett kvarter från Nike, en mil till livsmedelsbutik och restauranger, EN minuts promenad till busshållplatsen. Enkel åtkomst till motorvägen och 15 minuter till centrum. Dessutom har vi alla helt nya möbler och avancerade madrasser, nytt fullt lager kök och badrum, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare etc. Detta hem har allt som får dig att känna dig som hemma. Perfekt för både affärsresor, familj med barn och par.

The unit was quite nice. It was supplied well with needed items such as coffee/creamer/sugar as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap. The driveway with the unit was quite handy. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

A nice stay

This was a lovely place. The beds were comfy, they provided all the amenities we needed and all the instructions were clear. They even had box fans for a much better sleeping experience! My only note is, as they state, it is in the suburbs of Portland so you may not get the full Portland experience. However, it is easy to get to Portland and enjoy the city. Beaverton is also quite nice. I would recommend this home.

Great duplex in a fantastic part of Portland

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt more like a home than a rental property due to things like extra blankets, fans, shampoo/conditioner, local recommendations of restaurants and things to do, and lots of appliances and kitchen items. The location was fantastic. Right off the interstate in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of yummy restaurants and a grocery store. Only one room shared a wall with the other side of the duplex so it was very quiet. We even had separate driveways so it felt very private. I would definitely stay here again.

Beaverton visit

Excellent location, and an unusually well-equipped house, with more than the usual amenities! Owners were terrific, and made our stay both comfortable and restful. A terrific rental.

Spacious Home - No Stairs!

If you have a concern for stairs - there's only one step to enter the home. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, well maintained, compact and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The owner (Michelle) communicates well and handles issues immediately. This is definitely worthy of 5 Stars!

Great little place

Clean, great beds, well appointed - with a wonderful host. The location is close to everything and although near busy areas - very quiet. Michelle is responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Our Favorite Home Away From Home

This was our second Christmas at this amazing property. Last year was incredible, and this year was even better. Our daughter blessed us with our first grandchild and we all got to spend Christmas at our place. My son lives in Hillsboro and my daughter lives in Portland so this place is right in the middle. Perfect place, wonderful hosts, and another great memory created. Can't wait for next year.

Exploring Oregon

Property fit our needs. Centrally located to explore north, south, east & west. Neighborhood safe for morning/evening walks. Close to groceries & resturants. Host was an excellent communicator. Very responsive. Cooked breakfast in, made lunches for day trips, as we were out exploring on the road. Enjoyed the resturants for dinner upon return. Unit had everything we needed.

Absolutely Perfect

For our party of three, this was an absolutely perfect home base for our day trips around Portland. Location was ideal for us: easy to find, quiet neighbourhood and close to shopping centre and highways for easy travels. The listing details and photos were spot-on: clean, spacious, comfortable layout, great Wi-fi access and all amenities available as listed. Highly recommend.

Lovely property, clean and very comfortable! Could use a bbq and the backyard fence needed some repair, our dog escaped and we could not use it without the dog on a leash at all times.
