Det finns gott om underhållande rum. Övre våningen i detta hem har ett öppet koncept kök, vardagsrum och matsal. Matsalen har plats för åtta (8) och en frukostbar som sitter fem (5). Koppla av på däcken med familj och vänner och titta på delfiner, havsvita kepsar och de spektakulära solnedgångarna. Ha det roligt i rec området, som har ett bordtennisbord, stor 65 tums tv och brädspel. Eller ta ett stänk i gemenskapens pool precis över vägen.

Med rum med eget badrum, sover palmsna 10-12 personer med tre kung master sviter och en bunkroom. Gå ut i sovrummet till en övre däck i full längd och njut av en morgon kopp kaffe eller ett glas vin vin. Befälhavaren badrummet har dubbla handfat, separat dusch och en bubbelbadkar. Bunkroom har full storlek sängar och en full storlek bäddsoffa. Om barnet kommer med, är detta hem inrett med en pack och lek och barnstol.

Perfect spot in Inlet Beach

Great house with a beautiful pool and just steps to a private, flat beach (no long steps up and over dunes). House has a great deck with gulf views and is well appointed. Close to all the great neighborhoods and shops at the east end of 30A, but set aside from the traffic and crowds. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. All-in-all a great week!

Great location

This property was definitely all it stated in description and more. Steps away from the beach. Excellent layout of the home for adults & kids. Local amenities a short distance from the home. Definitely stay here again !

What a great place! Loved the house, layout, location, pool…it was all fantastic. We especially loved the big porch looking at the ocean with the ceiling fans! Perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We will return!

Great week

House was great for family with teenagers and also a 3 yo. Only steps from the beach and private pool can't be beat. A couple of issues occurred during our stay and property manager Andrew addressed them quickly and successfully. Recommend without reservation!!

This was our second time to stay at the Palms. We had a great visit and great weather! We really enjoy the lovely house and look forward to staying there again. The only thing we would mention is to have a full length mirror in the master bedroom. Other places we have stayed have had one.

The PERFECT Beach House

What a perfect beach house! The best location, close enough to bike to Rosemary without being in the craziness. Beach access is just across a small driveway and it was so easy to go back and forth to the house...makes it so easy with kids and didn't have all the bags and coolers lugged out to the beach. The pool was the perfect size with plenty of shade and sun. It has a shallow end which is great for kids still getting used to the water and keeps parents stress free. The garage is an added bonus with ping pong and is fully air conditioned with a TV. The guys were in heaven!! Each bedroom has a king size mattress. That did make some of the rooms tight but honestly our group rarely is in the rooms and when we are, we prefer the larger beds. NOT shown in the pictures are the newly renovated bathrooms in guest rooms downstairs. The master is still older but VERY clean and great space. The house has beautiful view of the ocean and you can see it all the way into the kitchen. It truly is such a cozy home and was perfect for our group. We have been traveling to 30a for 8 years now and have stayed in larger / smaller homes and right in Rosemary. This home beats all those experience by far because of location and quiet access on the beach. It was so nice not to have to fight for beach space and be crammed into a limited space because umbrella companies just take over all of 30a now! We cannot wait to come back and next time for LONGER!

Mother’s Day stay

Good location for the beach and local restaurants. We could walk to most places in Rosemary and Alys Beaches. This is a very pretty home with a nice pool. 3 king bedrooms worked out great for our 3 couples.

The Perfect Family Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful time at The Palms. The property was better than expected. We were so impressed at check-in with the ocean views and the cleanliness of the home. We were very comfortable with a bathroom in each bedroom and the ample living areas. The high quality bbq was a plus as well, and the ease of the beach access coupled with the pool makes this property unbeatable. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect!!

We so enjoyed this beautiful beach house. So close to the ocean and it had everything anyone would need. Owner was very responsive to questions. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it had started cooling off . We enjoyed the ocean, nearby great restaurants, shopping and most of all quality time together. Highly recommend!

Best house and location

We enjoyed this beach house so much! It was the perfect location and just the right size for our family. We enjoyed the new pool and the easy access to the beach. It was the perfect getaway! PS- the neighborhood kittens loved that we stayed here, we kept them well fed!

Wonderful visit so close to the water!

We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children/babies and had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The adults loved the porch and amenities and proximity to the beach! It was so easy going back and forth, especially with all of our baby beach gear. Speaking of, the pack n play and high chair came in handy. The house had everything we needed. We had a great time and would love to return!!

Amazing house and super host.

Our family would like to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We rent 3-5 beach homes per year and this home exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean the kids even commented on the cleanliness. Well thought out with little things like laundry baskets and hooks, instructions on light switches, easy to use remotes for media, extra fridge, and so much more. The pool was perfect and we used it often. The view of the beach was superb and the walk even better. The shortest, easiest walk out to the beach than many ocean front Himes. Great for people with mobility issues as well. Indoor furniture was comfortable, beds were great, and the outside tables and chairs were well appointed. We are looking forward to booking this home next year. To the owners who were quick to respond to our questions and for sharing your beautifully thought out clean home, our family thanks you.

Perfect beach house for families

We had such an amazing time at this house!! The access to the beach was so convenient and we had such a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool was the perfect size and was so nice for toddlers. My 2 year old son was so content sitting on the steps and splashing for hours, and the umbrellas allowed us to provide him with plenty of shade. Not only that, but there was even a high chair, pack and play, and a baby gate for the top of the stairs. All of the bedrooms were super nice and we slept so comfortably. Everything was amazingly clean. They had everything we needed to eat in (including nice grills) and the location was also super close to plenty of nice places to visit and eat. If we come back to this area we are definitely staying here again!
