This was the perfect property for our family of 26 people. The second and third floors are identical layouts. Excellent proximity to everything in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and modern. The landlord owns 54 properties in the area so you get their fleet of employees within minutes any time you need something. We frequently saw them working behind the scenes to clean the pool and take the trash out.

All aspects of our trip were excellent. The pool offered an alternative to the beach on the cooler days. We Loved every day of our annual Thanksgiving Vaca.

Top Notch House for Large Groups

The group I went with loved the house. It was spacious and had plenty of beds for our large group. Great proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants. Definitely recommend the property and the management group. They were very communicative and gave us everything we needed.

Beautiful Home Near the Beach

This home was perfect for our group of 25. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and just steps from the beach! We loved having the pool and hot tub when we weren’t on the beach. We would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect for Families

The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of rooms for couples, and bunk rooms for the kids. Easy public beach access just down the road. Lots of seating in the living and dining areas. And management was quick to respond to any concerns we had. We would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyably Spacious

As a family with mostly adult couples we absolutely enjoyed having our own bedrooms with attached bathrooms! And the bunk rooms were perfect for our kids!! I loved how spacious the place was, you did not feel like you were on top of each other. There were a couple maintenance issues, property management was quick to handle issues and very responsive. This place was in a great location.

Spring Break 2023

Although there were some hot water issues, the property worked hard to fix the issue and made it right, which I appreciate. The house is beautiful and location is great and the kids enjoyed being in the pool all hours of the day. I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Wonderful time had by all!!!

We had every room and every bed full. This was the best family reunion we have had. Everybody loved the space as we were together and the beach was RIGHT THERE. Yes we had to cross the street, but hey, that's not so bad. And the neighbors were great!

Great space

The size of this house was perfect for our group of 22. I did not like that the listing portrayed a pool that was not what was there. The pool was smaller than the picture shows, and the hot tub is separate on the deck of the pool. Anytime we had trouble, it was resolved very quickly, which was appreciated.

Great property!

We had 24 family members and had plenty of space! We did have a couple of the rooms locked upstairs upon arrival but they sent someone over quickly to unlock it for us. The hot tub didn’t work at first, but again somewhere came by and it then worked perfectly. All ages had a blast and it was a very short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and this place was super nice, clean, and accommodated all of us. I would highly recommend!

Repeater!

Property was beautifully made and well furnished! Nice showers and some surprisingly LARGE rooms! Our group of 20 had all the room to even spread out! Management was responsive and very communicative. Short walk to the beach and a nice pool. Great parking! Only concern was that there was no place to walk a dog. Sand surrounding the home was full of sand burs.

Wonderful Property

Very impressed with this property. We have a large family, but with 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and an extra large living room and kitchen area, we all enjoyed our privacy as well as our time together. The house was super clean and bedrooms were spacious. The property management company, Prickett, was exceptional and responded quickly though out the entire process of booking and our stay. They quickly came out to fix an air conditioning issue and kept us informed when they came out for their weekly pool maintenance. Couldn't have been better, They added a gated fence around the pool area that was not shown in the pictures and this made us feel more secure with the smaller children. My only suggestion would be to update the charcoal grill. I would highly recommend Nice N' Breezy. The location to the beach, a convenience store and a restaurant made this property very convenient, but not in the center of things. Should we return to Gulf Shores, I would definitely book this house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Julie Hartwig

Nice location, beautiful property but no hot water or hot tub as listed.

We have stayed here before and it is a beautiful home and perfect location that accomodates our group well. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are laid out well. However, the hot water went out for the first and second floors and this was a major issue when you have 28 people in a house. The communication about this was somewhat ok but no one ever said it was fixed or not fixed so that wasn’t great. The hot tub was not hooked up until the very last night so it wasn’t hot for use. Overall, this year was not the same experience as we’ve had before. The lack of hot water impacted the comfort of everyone because those on the floors who needed to shower had to use the upstairs bathrooms so everyone in the house was affected by this.
