Relax in either of 2 living rooms with cozy sofa beds & fold out ottoman. 2 person - electric recliner with 75" TV for gameday as well as 65" in front living room. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this property, complete with essential amenities like WiFi, 2 Fully stocked kitchens, 2 W/D, over 800 sf of deck space perfect to watch sunsets, 2 propane grills, 2 picnic tables and plenty of parking for all your entertaining needs! 2 storage rooms stocked with beach chairs, toys, canopies, coolers and wagons. There was 18 of us for our official 1st annual family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us and even room for more. The house was well equipped and it's true you just need to bring your beach towels. House was nice and cool and the pool was perfect to relax and visit in the evenings. The icealer was a plus too!

Beautiful property! No complaints. Two kitchens was nice. Everyone had a great time! Plenty of space to spread out. Pool was perfect too. Grill worked great. Beach toys were nice, great location! The best host!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We have a big family and this property was perfect for us. Our host was very attentive and helpful. The property was attractive and functional for us. The property was well stocked. The location was convenient to local attractions. We had a great time.

So much space and plenty of bathrooms with our big crew. The beach chairs, tents, etc. were so convenient. No surprises, it was exactly as represented.

We had a wonderful stay! We had a huge group so we used the entire house and there was plenty of chairs, wagons, canopies, toys, pots, pans, air fryers, fridge space, all of it! Erich was a gracious host and made sure we were happy the whole time! The pictures of this house do not do it justice, it is truly beautiful and close to everything ! We had 7 kids and they loved staying here. A great time was had by all!

Nice clean house

We enjoyed our stay. The only grievance we had was the inaccuracy of the listing which states:Have plenty of chairs, umbrella, canopy, cooler, wagons, toys for kids etc…only thing you’ll need to bring are own beach towels…We only brought towels because we thought everything else would be provided. There were a few chairs and that’s it. With our group, we really could’ve used the umbrella, canopy, cooler, wagons. We had to go buy items which was inconvenient.Other than that, everything was great.

I wish I would have gotten a text or call. I contacted my neighbor who went over there to make sure everything wasn’t stolen. Granted it looked cluttered and now straitened out but I started season with 22 chairs now I have 14, which I bought 4 more yesterday. There were/are 2 wagons, 3 coolers, 2 canopies and 2 umbrellas there for your use.

Amazing home! When the description states it is well stocked it is true. Truly, all you need is your clothes and groceries. Plenty of space for spreading out! There were 4 generations together and everyone enjoyed it. Beautiful property, nice pool, and right across the street from the beach. Tons of pool and beach toys. Bonus: The Blue Angel's flew over while we were at the beach. So cool!The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property. .
