5 bedroom house was exactly the size our group needed. Very good communication prior to and during stay. Checkin and checkout was very easy. East Austin is still an up and coming area so while there are a lot of nice new/remodeled properties such as this one, there are many that are not. Had some interesting encounters with locals in the area. But that is outside of the control of the property owner who was very kind and professional. Overall the stay was very good for our group of 4 adult couples plus one Lone Ranger.

This property was clean an quiet and generally lovely. This particular unit does not open up to the pool but it is a quick 50 yard walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The host was very responsive and gave grace for allowing some unregistered guests to visit.
