Vårt läge ligger i Belmont / Hillsboro och ligger nära Vanderbilt, The Gulch, Green Hills, Music Row, Midtown och Downtown. Du kommer att älska min plats i hjärtat av 12: e och Belmont och det är gångavstånd till shopping, äta och mer. Dess bra för par, solo äventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn). Det är nybyggt, och har privat parkering i garaget under vardagsrummet. Kan inte vänta med att få dig!

Last Minute Booking

Hosts were very accommodating for a last minute booking over the July 4th weekend! Great house in a great location! House was very clean and well stocked with an amazing shower.

Very close to all 12 South has to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and shops and off street parking.

Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, cute place in a safe neighborhood. Beds and pillows were great!! We used Uber and Lyft instead of a rental car and everything was pretty reasonable. Shopping and good coffee within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

12 South Weekend

This over-the-garage apartment was nicely appointed and perfect for our weekend stay. It’s located in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood within walking distance of numerous stores and restaurants.

Great Sport in Perfect part of the City

We enjoyed the location convience of it's location to all our favorite plasced to visit. The home was very nice and had all the appliances we needed. Great Hot Water and everything was very nice and clean.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and shops nearby. We caught an uber for about $10 to take us downtown. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable as well!

Perfect location in 12 South!

We loved this spot! Great places to walk to and a beautiful neighborhood to take in. The space is immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The shower is huge and better than most high end hotels. Would love to stay here again!

quiet spot in a great location

my 85yo mom & i were blessed to stay in this great spot! it had everything we needed and the location was great! the beds were comfy and we loved all the windows! we would stay here again and my mom is already recommending it to other family members. :)

Excellent Everything

The house was clean and exactly as listed. The location was amazing, we walked to all of the amazing restaurants, stores, and coffee shops on 12th Avenue. We will definitely be back and will stay again.

Extremely Clean and Convenient

Close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Very convenient! Off street parking was a plus. Condo was well cared for, fully appointed, and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was gorgeous with many upgrades. Would stay with you again!

Our Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place for us to stay -- 3 sisters in our 60's-70's. Lovely neighborhood, safe and quiet. Wonderful restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Definitely recommend Urban Grub ($$$) and Edley's Bar-B-Que. The donuts at Five Daughters Bakery are the best we've ever had, especially the Coconut Cream Pie donuts. Communication with the property manager was great. Easy to get Uber rides -- and the drivers were fountains of great information and recommendations. We highly recommend. Thanks, Neil.

Getaway

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay! The area the place is near is so cute with fun shops and restaurants. We loved walking to the frothy monkey every morning! The donuts from 5 daughters were delicious! We didn’t eat at any of the places except the frothy monkey because we were typically down town. Places we really enjoyed were biscuit love, another broken egg for breakfast. Mas tacos is sooo good! Looks like a dive but I’m telling you the tacos are delicious. An Uber to Broadway was quick and easy just watch the rates, they fly up around 6pm or if a concert is going on. Typical rates we snagged were between 7-$11 to Broadway. As far as the place we stayed in-the decor and vibe was so comfy! The bed was comfortable (loved all the pillows), the shower was huge! It was just myself and my wife staying so the size was perfect! Parking was a bit snug but we managed! We would definitely stay again and will be back to Nashville! Our first visit was memorable! Thank you for sharing your place!

Not as stated

There is no garage parking as stated. People entered the property while staying with no advance warning to check thermostat. This is unacceptable. A safe should be provided at the very least if strangers are allowed to enter. Advance warning at least so I wasn’t showering. I left the place totally as was, slept and showered. Received photos of linens within hours of departure. A bandage leaked and I got some blood on sheet and a towel. They were upset that I didn’t contact them about the linens. I have never in my life been contacted from any rental property, hotel, etc. about an easily removed stain. Any cleaning service knows how to remove or should be replaced. Garage doors opened by someone while sleeping, once again without any advance notice, quite terrifying. I, personally will never rent this property again.

Race weekend

We stayed here for the Rock n Roll race. Location is fantastic. Great neighborhood. Place is adorable. Nicely redone. Clean. Owner/manager responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Location in 12 South

It is a perfect location and comfortable place. Easy walking access to all 12 South has to offer. The beds were super comfortable! Our only concern was that there was a strong smell when we first arrived. We soon realized it was gasoline. The apartment is over the garage which houses a couple vehicles. The windows were closed and air was off so the smell was overpowering but did dissipate once we opened windows and turned the air on. I would also have liked some Kleenex and a nicer quality TP and paper towels but definitely not a deal breaker and would recommend this place for sure!!

The condo was so nice and clean. Very comfortable, cozy and welcoming. Perfect location to walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. We’d stay again!
