Beth’s house is the perfect place for a long or quick stay. Super clean, great location and the beds are super comfortable. Every detail and accommodations are well thought out and great recommendations for local places as well. Parking on site is a huge plus as well. I would love to stay there again!

Our stay at the Rosewood Bungalow could not have been better! It was perfect for our stay for an event at Belmont University. There were so many thoughtful touches and the owner was super helpful, accommodating, and easy to reach. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect home base!

This was the perfect house for my daughter and i to stay in while we had activities at one of the local universities. Great food, shopping nearby but a peaceful quiet house to unwind in. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place

The location was in a quiet neighborhood in the Belmont area. The house was well furnished and even stocked with basic goods like coffee and snacks. The owner maintained wonderful communication before, during, and even a bit after the stay. Definitely added this one to my favorites in Nashville!

The house was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you would need. You could park right off the driveway and the front door was easily accessed. Lovely sitting area in the front shielded from the street by plantings. Only thing I didn't like was a lot of florescent light bulbs and the kitchen was a little too dark to me.Otherwise, totally enjoyable. Thank you, Beth.

A great little bungalow!

Beth's home is a perfect place to stay in Nashville. It was close to everything so Uber worked well. It's clean and quiet and very comfortable! She was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend! Thanks Beth!

sweet home! beth put some thought into making this a wonderful place to recharge and regroup. this is a great neighborhood with some delicious bbq close by. (martin’s bbq).location is an easy drive to downtown. l look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed the house. It was super cute and very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to find what you need. We recommend drinking coffee in the morning outside.

My husband and I along with another couple also celebrating their 30th year anniversary stayed here. We loved the location and the home that Beth has created. It is very warm and inviting and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Best place in Nashville!

This is our second stay at the Rosewood Bungalow and we were so glad to be back. Beth's place is so cozy and comfortable, in a great, walk-able neighborhood, and still super convenient to downtown. The owners have thought of everything you might need - the beds are super comfortable, the towels big and fluffy, and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a basket full of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and Beth is also very responsive to any inquiries. We'll see y'all next year!

Nashville adventure

Loved the property and the attention to detail. The area felt safe and fun to explore. The home was decorated in a cool Nashville vibe. Only suggestions to improve would be the bathroom plumbing, tub controls and toilet needs to be comfort height. Hot water supply was inconsistent. Overall great experience!!

Clean and Perfect

This quaint two-bedroom cottage was a perfect spot near Belmont University where we stayed for our daughter's graduation. It is just a short drive or Uber ride from downtown. Everything needed was readily available and at our disposal. Beth was a wonderful hostess and I was lucky enough to bump into her a few times during our visit. I would highly recommend looking at her place as an option. when traveling to Nashville.

Beautiful in Nashville

Stayed for a long weekend to check out Nashville. The bungalow was exceptionally clean an beautifully appointed. The location was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still very convenient to everything Nashville has to offer. Hosts are very nice people and we’re responsive to any requests or concerns. Loved it and will definitely look them up when back in Nashville. They also remembered that it was a birthday trip for my wife and daughter which the two of them thought was really cool. Would highly recommend.

Family fun trip

This trip was for my husbands retirement. It was myself, my husband, my sister and her husband. The Rosewood Bungalow was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for and more. We felt like we were in our own home. Beth's attention to detail and all the amenities that she provided was above and beyond. She was so warm and welcoming and we loved chatting with her out on the front patio. We would recommend it to anyone who was going to Nashville and will only travel back on times that we can have Beth's Bungalow to stay at. It is so conveniently located, just a quick Uber ride and you are in the heart of everything!! And the Beds.... awesome!! Thank you Beth.

Fantastic Home

My 2 girlfriends and I just spent a week at this lovely home and loved it. In fact, I can't wait to bring my husband here and spend more time there. First of all, Beth is such a gracious hostess. Friendly, helpful and always there when we needed anything. The home itself is super cute, located in a gorgeous & historic neighborhood, and is perfectly located to see everything Nashville has to offer and believe me, we saw everything. I use vrbo all the time and have never stayed at property that was so well stocked with anything and everything we might need or want during our stay. From cream for the coffee to sunscreen & bug spray and even a sewing kit for an emergency repair. Beth has thought things out so thoroughly that you will want for nothing. I highly recommend this property and I'll definitely be back.

Awesome Bungalo

This place had 99% of everything I would have ever needed for travel, more than a hotel. supermarkets are 4 min away. Downtown Nashville is about 10 minutes with traffic. We got a giftcard for the noise from street construction, which wasn't even an issue on the weekend we were there. backyard is awesome, neighborhood seemed friendly, i.e. no riff raff. parking was on premises with personal drive way. Owner does have a dog but never really barked other than 3-4 times once we got there. Clean up was all on owner, we only had to take care of trash. Definitely worth the stay if you're going to Nashville.

Location! Location! Location!

The bungalow is a hidden gem. It’s conveniently located to downtown for museums, shows, games, and nightlife. If you don’t want to deal with hectic parking situations, it’s a quick and easy Uber/Lyft ride. Yet, it’s quietly tucked away, so at the end of each day, you’re able to relax without disruption. However! If you prefer a more hybrid trip with some trips to the city but also want to see Nashville’s surrounding areas, then the bungalow is perfect. Fast access to highways without having to deal with annoying city traffic. It made escaping to parks and other adventures a breeze. I would have loved this place for location alone, but Beth, the host, has made it an oasis. She is accommodating and thoughtful. She anticipates every conceivable need. So grateful to her and everything she does to make the bungalow a true treasure.

I, Beth, grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and have lived in many places, but ended up in Nashville to teach dance. Brian, my husband, is a native Nashvillian and is a Land Surveying Engineer. Our families are the upmost important to us!! In our free time, we love to be outdoors working in our gardens, walking, hiking, camping, canoeing and kayaking. We are "empty nesters" and have a precious daughter, a handsome black lab and a chickens that provides us with delicious eggs! :)

It's close and easily accessible to the downtown area and is close to many delicious restaurants, shopping, and music venues. Also, we are located right in the middle of three great Universities; Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb. Come stay at the Bungalow and experience all that Music City has to offer!
