Villa Jessica är en rymlig privat villa i centrala Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, är Villa Jessica ungefär en 5 minuters promenad till stranden, affärer, barer och restauranger. Det är en 15 min promenad till gamla stan i Puerto del Carmen, med dess hamnområde. Villan är på två nivåer. På övre nivån är den öppen planlösning fullt utrustat kök och matplats med fantastisk havsutsikt. Detta leder till loungen, som även har utmärkt utsikt över havet och Fuerteventura. Det finns två sovrum, en dubbelsäng och en tvilling, med balkonger med utsikt över poolen och ett delat badrum. På nedre planet finns ett spelrum med tillgång till pool genom dubbeldörrar. På denna nivå finns en också en tvilling sovrum och badrum samt ett litet sovrum med våningssängar lämplig för 2 barn eller tonåringar. Great stay

The villa was everything you would want and more. The pool was a nice temp and the location was perfect. would defo stay again.

Perfect stay for a party of 8!

Great location, very short walk to local supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The villa was very spacious & well equipped, hopefully we will be back soon.

Excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Villa Jessica, the kitchen and lounge areas provide wonderful views out to sea. Very well equipped with spacious bedrooms and quality bathrooms . The pool area could not be better, private, clean and very welcoming. Perfect location, a short walk down to the front. Will certainly be returning to Villa Jessica.

Beautiful Villa

Great villa with everything we needed. Great location near to centre of PDC. Pool was fantastic and grandchildren loved it. We ate out every day and night so couldn’t say how good cooker etc was. There’s everything you need. Loads of room for all the family. Great tv for the kids.

Prima verblijf. Voldoende ruimte. Voorzieningen zijn goed. Locatie is perfect. Dicht bij het centrum. Op loopafstand van winkels en de boulevard. Ligt in een rustige straat. Geen geluidsoverlast van het centrum. Inrichting is wat gedateerd. Er zijn geen basis artikelen aanwezig zoals bijvoorbeeld afwasmiddel, handzeep etc.

Fantastic Holiday!!

We loved our stay at Villa Jessica, it was equipped with everything you could need- brilliant for kids with heated pool/pool table/football table/darts board/tv/ wifi -without leaving the Villa there was loads to keep us entertained. There was a small supermarket less than a minute walk away -it was only 5 mins to the strip - We look forward to our return, Thank you Kelly Villas.

Heaven!!

From start to finish our party of 6 loved this villa!! It was spotless throughout, with everything needed for our stay provided. The villa matched the online photos exactly. The pool was fantastic! A small problem with plumbing on first day was dealt with immediately and no further problems. There was a small shop just nearby for our daily needs and bars and restaurants were just a stroll away. Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return again soon.

winter holiday

nice clean spacious villa,with all the things we needed ie iron and board,dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, good supply of towels cutlery etc. the pool was lovely and warm. location is a 5 min walk to beach,shops and restaurants. nice quiet area. kids loved it. definitely would go back.

Outstanding Villa

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. First class villa with wonderful facilities. The pool was excellent lovely and warm and cleaned at least twice a week. Home from home comforts and fantastic location. Five minutes stroll to the beach and strip and fifteen minutes walk to the old town. The villa was spotless with plush bedding and towels. We will be returning, thank you Kellyvillas for all your help.

excellent vill furnished to high standard

well maintained very clean villa, furnished to very high standard with plenty of room, excellent location close to all amenities and beach, very well catered for children, excellent 10 day stay here with husband, triplet boys aged 5, seven year old son and our two teenage sons age 16 and 19, highly recommended to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with privacy,but still having shops bars supermarkets on your doorstep,owner very helpful and polite from the moment of booking holiday and answering all questions promptly, excellent management company over there from cleaning staff to pool cleaning, excellent price will defiantly be returning, thank you for a great holiday

This property was amazing...absolutely perfect.

This villa was a real find. It was fabulous. 7 of us stayed and there is so much space. The outdoor area is so well equipped and so private. The games room is fab too. The villas is so well equipped there is absolutely everything you will need for a great comfortable stay. Its location is great too. Just a short walk to the strip and the shops. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely villa in Puerto Del Carmen.

Villa Jessica Stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Villa Jessica. We really enjoyed the improvements to the villa and pool etc since we stayed there last year. The roaming steps and the shallow end to the pool made a big difference to our stay. There was also an interior update from the previous year which was warmly welcomed especially the new beds etc.
