Villa Marica offers clients the privacy of a villa with its own pool yet perfectly situated in central Puerto del Carmen only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

The dining room comes with an arched entrance leading to a modern fitted kitchen with a large fridge, separate freezer, electric oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron.

The first floor has a comfortably furnished lounge with sofas, TV with Satellite System (including BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5 and all SKY Channels obtained in Lanzarote), DVD player, audio equipment and picture windows with views across Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas, pool table, table football, darts and patio doors to pool terrace. Wi-Fi is provided at no additional cost.
