Amazing Views

This place has amazing views from the living room and both bedrooms! We Absolutely loved it. Watch the sunrise right from your balcony and even the fireworks on Saturday nights from the boardwalk. The place pretty much has everything you need. Its very secure! A key or code is needed for almost every thing. You can cook some meals in and has 2 full bathrooms with handicap access if needed. Its very spacious and very clean! We absolutely loved and enjoyed our 2 week stay!

Condo on the beach

The 10 digit lock on the door was a little difficult to lock and unlock every time you came and left the room. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths, complementary bars of soap, bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The use of space in the room was perfect. 1 king size bed in the bedroom with a great view of the ocean. 1 king size bed in between the kitchen and living room. The 2 AC units worked great. View of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and property was well maintained. The only downfall was there was only 1 working elevator the other one had been down for 3 weeks according to one of the residents. The location was perfect and with in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. There was not a parking pass left in the room so we had to go to the office for that which was not an issue. They are not reusable. Parking was a bit of an issue especially later on in the evening but there is an overflow lot across the street if needed for parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking

When I booked this, I stressed that I would need 2 parking passes. I was told that I could purchase one at the resort. NO! That did not happen. I couldn't get a parking pass from anyone. They need to realize that when you have 4 adults staying in this place, that live in different areas, are going to have to take 2 cars. We would have to pay to park and it was like $20 a day. So, if you have to use more than one vehicle, you better rent a van to take. The resort manager was not helpful at all and was adamant that he NEVER gives out parking passes. Vacasa wouldn't even send another parking pass. We also only got one set of keys to everything. So, we had to make sure we either did everything together or someone stayed in the room because we couldn't get back in the room. The room itself was nice and clean. Not enough towels and washcloths to last us a week. We ended up going out and buying us some. We also had to go buy toilet paper because we were only left one roll per bathroom. Only had 3 trash bags to use so we ended up using our Walmart bags for trash. The "one parking pass" was just a real pain.

Loved it

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and well decorated. Nicely updated. The trash chute is right outside the front door and it smelled terrible. This smell did not work itself inside the condo though. We did struggle a bit with the lockbox that held the keys. Would’ve been awesome if there was a keypad instead. Having only one key and needing it for everything was a bit annoying if we were split up doing different activities. We made it work though. Great price for what we got compared to the same price for just a room at a hotel. This was only my second VRBO experience and it went very well. I’m always a bit nervous since there isn’t a front desk to get help but everything was great. I was able to text with someone if we had any issues and they were mostly very quick to respond and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

View was Amazing

The view was amazing, the benefits of having 2 bathrooms is very good. I loved the dove soaps and shampoo/conditioners. The reason this place does not get 5 stars is because when I got there it was not as clean as it should be. Some of the towels had marked not them. The smell of the trash chute was disgusting and its right across the room so you smell it every time to you into and out of the room. The room smelled moldy they need to put air fresheners up. It did not matter how much lysol I sprayed or essential oils I had the smell of mold was still in the room every time I came back in. There was a big roach/water bug in the master bath. They need to put a shoe rack at the entry way if they don't want you to take shoes off. More hooks in the bathrooms would be nice to hang up wet towels or bathing suit. I was surprised they did not have any beach chairs or umbrella in the closets for guest. The parking is absolutely horrible when you come back late at night. If there is one parking spot for each unit I have NO idea why there is no parking. UNLESS someone has 2 or more cars park which you're NOT supposed to. Not sure why this place does not monitor this and it makes it VERY inconvenient for those who follow the rules. I had to spend more money to catch an uber to and from places because of this issue. This place would be AMAZING if they fixed those issues I mentioned.

Could have used more than 2 dishtowels in the kitchen. Smart TV with blue tooth would have helped dad hear the TV without us all having to listen at such a high volume. View was great, Rooms nice and clean. Beds King.

FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER!

There's a few reviews stating the a/c doesn't work. It's STILL that way! Neither a/c barely blows even when on high fan. Very hot

No AC and no HELP

Very disappointed in our stay this time. This would have been our third time in this condo! When we arrived we let Vacasa know the AC was not working after more than 15 calls to them. Finally they sent a technician out who said the AC unit was unfixable and would need a new one. We never received a call or even an offer to help us with an infant in this room. We were forced to go out and buy a few fans to help which was hit much help at all. Have contacted them numerous times after we left early bc the heat was so bad. No call back, no offer for a refund, or any help at that. Only a text saying I’m so sorry this happened. I am very disappointed and upset about how this was handled all the way around. Lack of care for people is all I can say! And the unit was filthy to say the least. We had to clean the sticky black floors 3 times. And there were dead bugs all over the floor. They are aware of all of this I have put down here so this statement is nothing new to anyone. The amount of money to stay in a place and have it cleaned is very expensive to arrive to conditions like these. If I could give a zero I would! I also gave them ample time to make This right before posting this review

Good value

The place is walking distance from main st. The balcony overlooks tje pool and ocean. The beds were good and it was a money saver to have a full kitchen. Vacasa was great to work with. I do recommend. Just know that this is not a modern hotel. It is an 80s condo.

Space was good, but unit not cleaned well

We had a total of four people on our trip, and there was plenty of room for us. One bathroom (off the bedroom) has a large tile shower, the other has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has an additional air unit in it, which took up some space where the table went and made it crowded. The first thing I noticed was the kitchen wasn't very clean. There was spaghetti sauce in several places and burnt noodles in the stove eye. I opened the cabinet to find a pan with stuff burnt on it and realized there wasn't good pans to cook with there. Also, it looked like someone had taken the silverware. The floor in the whole unit needed to be swept and mopped. The bathrooms were a little cleaner than the rest of the unit. When we started to leave, we stripped the beds and pillows to help the housekeeping, like we were supposed to do. Needless to say, we were horrified to find what we were sleeping on. The protectors for the mattresses need to be washed. We usually sleep on top of the covers because of it being hot, so we were not in direct contact with the blood and ### stains. At that point, I felt disgusted. I gave three stars because it wasn't the place that was bad, just the housekeeper. The staff at this facility is friendly, there is a nice pool area, and the location is good. If the unit had been clean, it would have been five stars.

Loved the views from our room. Direct and close oceanfront and pool underneath us. The porch door and entry door was very difficult to use and would love more keys so our family could separate and not have to stay together or always leave the room together. Very well furnished and clean. It would be nice if the couch opened to a bed. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Excellent!!

The view was amazing. The unit was very clean with all the comforts of home. Super friendly staff and the most comfortable beds!! This one we will hopefully be able to rent again in the future for a little bit of paradise.Everything about this condo was excellent.We didn't want to leave :)

Room was nasty

We get to the room expecting it to be clean from the previous renters, but instead we get a room where the sheets are not changed out, the bathrooms are disgusting with menstrual blood everywhere. The tv doesn’t work and the towel holder in the bathroom is hanging off the wall. When we call to make a complaint with the manager, she is very unprofessional and dismissive. She even starts laughing at the situation. We never got another response from her and ended up having to clean our room ourselves that night before we could even go to bed! Nothing was reimbursed but our cleaning fee and that is very unexceptionable considering the hassle we went through.

Great stay on the beach ⛱️

The breeze off the water is Amazing! We enjoyed the space it was just enough inside and out! Will be back for sure! 2bathrooms,one with tub. Kitchen had utensils everything was clean!

Great views

This balcony has great views of pool and ocean. However. I think the unit could use ceiling fans and a new air conditioner. Might want to try a jujitsu brand.

Good place for families

Our condo was great! Parking space was a problem We had to park across the street one night and wondered if our car would be safe there. The night security guard was very friendly. Tried to contact the building manager about check in and never got a response from her. The folks at Vacasa were good to work with though.

Great room! Property not so much.

The room and communication with Vacasa were excellent. Linens were plentiful and comfy. King size beds. Kitchen. Two bathrooms. Easy check in/out. Property left a lot to be desired. Great heated pool with 10 foot deep end. They operate on an old fashioned key system though and only one is provided so your group must stick together or work around letting people in/out not convenient for a vacation. Every area requires this bulky key. & many of the locks are difficult. They even had to have a locksmith repair the one to the beach access. Also, doesn't work for the fitness room. The activities room was unusable. No paddleboards and broken machines. Next to Sun Splash Park.
