Detta är en av "The Best Little Condos In Daytona". Utsikten från denna enhet med ett sovrum vid havet är spektakulär!

Andelslägenhetskomplexet gränsar till en Oceanfront-park med täckta picknickbord, kokutrustning och lekplats för barn.

Harbour Beach Resort genomgick en restaurering på flera miljoner dollar som slutfördes 2010. Utöver de kosmetiska förbättringarna ersatte komplexet alla balkonger, räcken, glasskjutdörrar, fönster och luftkonditioneringsapparater. Nya Wainscot-tapeter, stolstång och kronformning, nya South Sea Rattan vardagsrumsmöbler, ny stuga i sovrumssvit och nya vertikaler och persienner. Nya köksskåp i "stuga stil" installerades samt en ny inbyggd ugn och smidig koktopp, full storlek kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och plattor i kakel.

Perfect vacation

Communication with owner was wonderful. My daughter and I had a great trip and the accommodations were just what we needed. We used the pool daily and loved it. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again

Perfection

Everything was EXACTLY as described. Perfect place for my husband and I, while getting our son set up in his apartment for college. I spent so much tome onnthe balcony enjoying the view. Would definitely come back!

Fun in the Sun

One of the Best Vacations in 52 years

Clean, comfortable and well appointed with amenities ... just as was advertised. The bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky). Great view and sound of the ocean and beach. We spent 9 days here and had a great time ... didn't want to come home!

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, amazing ocean view, and our host Bill is great. Every time I emailed him he would respond very quickly. The apartment is cute. It’s small but has everything you need. Beachy decorations which I love. Only thing I would probably suggest would be to include beach chairs or beach towels for customers. Aside, from that would stay again.

Wonderful time

Our apartment was clean and just as advertised. The view while not directly facing the ocean allowed a terrific view of the beach and the city. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. It’s within walking distance of some really good restaurants (my favorite was Crabbys Oceanside). Really enjoyed our time here and Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Location

Great beach location, perfect for a family. Check in Process was a breeze! Only rated communication with owners at 3 star because we didn’t have to communicate with owners while we were there. Parking at Condo gets cramped after dinner hours, but there is overflow parking across the street.

June stay in Daytona

This is a great deal for the price. I enjoyed being able to have close access to the beach, splash pad park, pier, and shops. The check in/check out process was a breeze. The owner was great to deal with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He also provided me with clear and concise instructions for my stay! We are definitely planning a return trip!!

Very convenient and cozy. Excellent owner communication.

I was visiting with my son to attend Rockville 2024, and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - best of two world in terms of getting to the venue (~15 minutes) and being able to hang out on the beach right there. Balcony is overlooking the beach, easy access all around. The condo is very cozy although the building is a bit dated, but very clean overall. Great communication from the owner, we were able to call and speak directly when needed. Security deposit returned very promptly. No issues whatsoever, would come back without a doubt!

Golf trip

My dad stayed here while we played the local golf courses. The condo was really kept up. Tv went out and I emailed the owner. He was quick and responsive and replaced in a very timely manner. I recommend staying here.

Great location with a few hiccups

Excellent spot on Daytona Beach and lovely north view from upper floor condo. We had a few maintenance issues that had to be addressed, including challenge with television control and access to TV in the bedroom which were handled promptly the next day after check-in. The unit is quite small but adequate. There is plenty of storage for longer stays, but the cushions on the sofa could stand to be replaced.
