Din Florida erfarenhet är inte färdig förrän du har bott i denna fullt utrustade lägenhet tucked away mellan palmerna och tallarna! Du har tillgång till en pool och två bubbelbad under din vistelse, såväl som din egen privata balkong. Dessutom är stranden bara en kort bilresa bort.

Följ vandringsleden till Baytowne Village, och du hittar en offentlig brygga, spelrum, kajakuthyrning och bokning för fiske, scuba och snorkel charter. Bo på plats och spela en omgång golf eller tennis för extra avgifter. Naturligtvis är en dag på stranden alltid ett alternativ här - bara korsa Highway 98 och du har praktiskt taget kommit fram.

Gå ut på din egen balkong för lite frisk luft och få en glimt av viken innan du går ut för dagens äventyr. Det finns plats för två där ute, och inuti hittar du tillräckligt med matplats för fyra, liksom gott om utrymme att koppla av i vardagsrummet. Mommy and Daughters girls trip 2025.

We loved the condo, perfect view of the ocean and sunset. Pool area was great and a quick walk to The Village of Baytowne Wharf. We wasn’t ready to leave ☺️. I will definitely book this one again with my husband very soon. Looking at dates now.

Clean and safe

I took my daughter and her friend to this beautiful condo. It wa very clean, we felt safe and enjoyed the proximity to Baytowne and also the tram to the beach.

BOOK IT!!

This is a great location. Beautiful. Everything you needed was in the condo. Very quiet at night. Very very close to the pool. If you see that this is available, you need to grab it immediately!

Don’t recommend

It was one problem after another!Made a call for hot water no one ever showed call went out about garbage disposal no one showed made call about weed smell no one showed up then there was no parking in garage 2 of the nights then on last night my car gets hit in garage and they can’t do anything about it cause there are no cameras! It was not a good stay at all! When I spoke to security about my car he say this happens a lot In parking garage… ummm I would recommend you get cameras then! We should not have to worry about our belongings when on vacation! This unit is managed by out of state company. And there not much help if something happens..

Exceeded My Expectations

if this place is available, you need to book it because it will not stay vacant for long! The place was spotless when we arrived. Had a great smell. The views from the balcony are very beautiful. Even though you’re at a busy resort, when you’re outside on the balcony, it is 100% quiet and peaceful. And this is an especially great location if you will be utilizing the pool. As it is steps away, and again you don’t hear any of the noise from the people at the pool. I’ve had bad luck renting places in the past, but with this place, I hit the jackpot!!

This was a great condo with very easy access to the pool and parking garage. Place was exactly as described and great communication and instructions before check in. Would definitely recommend!

Bay View Room

Room was in a good location in relation to the pool…. Great view out windows of the bay every day… Mattress was too stiff for me, and the lockbox code did not work so I could use key, I had to put 10 digit code in every time I came back to the room…. But room very clean, A/C worked great

Great place, good view, ehhhh few problems

We loved staying there for the most part. But to be completely honest, it wasn't as great as expected. Both ceiling fans made extremely loud ticking noises, to the point you couldn't sleep with them on. The nest thermostat was on its ECO Schedule of temps. Which means it adjusted itself up or down ( UP in our case). Which isn't ideal when its the middle of summer as the nest bumped the air up to 80 degrees at midnight. 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper. But to top it all. The coffee maker did not work. Which for someone who drinks coffee daily, is a real inconvenience. Because it's not like there is coffee down the hall ( if there was we didn't know, and didn't have a way of knowing) but being on the back of the resort, having to leave the resort to get a decent cup of coffee is kinda BS. Bed was comfy..

LOVE IT!!

The unit was perfect!! It was clean, just as pictured and in such a great spot for walking to the Harborwalk Village! And, I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the door by the kitchen and there was a washer/dryer combo!! I either missed it in the original listing or it wasn't mentioned. Either way I was happy about it-would definitely stay again. The building and property were all beautiful, as well!

One week stay

Very nice condo. Check in process was simple. Great amenities in room, smart TV made it easy to access streaming netflix etc. Lots of dishware, pots and pans. Plenty of towels and shampoo/soap.

Perfect weekend

We had a great time! The condo was nice and we had more than enough room for my family of 3. The location was super convenient! Overall we had a perfect weekend. We experienced one small mishap which had me very startled.. I guess some confusion between the rental management company and the owners but we would definitely stay here again.

Really liked the accommodations, beautiful. Did not care for the parking garage, not big enough

Did not care for the drinking at the pool, my young nieces did not need to see the drinks that were hanging out there everyday, and we did see a young man, 17 or 18, urinating in the wheel well of a car in front of the Grand, we were not happy about that with our girls in the truck with us. It is a very nice place to stay, wish it had access to the beach though, and we were only left 3 passes to the tram to the beach and there were 4 of us, so we had to drive to the beach.

Great condo, comfortable for 4, pool right outside!

Bahia #4112 is a very nice property. It is very clean and all of the furniture is comfortable and in good shape. The resort pool is straight out the front door of the building and could not be more refreshing after a day of beach and shopping! *beach towels were not provided when we stayed here, so plan for that. We got some at Walmart down the road.
