Vårt vackra hem i PebbleCreek (Toscana) är redo för dig att njuta av. Med en öppen planlösning inklusive välvda tak i köket, matsal, vardagsrum och sovrumsrum, är detta två sovrum, två badrum hem med en hål bekvämt beläget i den eleganta PebbleCreek gated community på Goodyear Arizona.

Detta ljuvliga möblerat hem är 1610 Oakmont-modellen med ett stort sovrum med king size-säng, eget badrum och klädkammare. Ett andra sovrum har också en king size-säng. Det finns en bäddsoffa i hallen / kontoret.

Det välutrustade köket har ekskåp med kvartsbordstoppar och nya apparater av rostfritt stål i Samsung. Ett Hahn vattenfiltreringssystem är på plats.

Vardagsrummet innehåller en ny 65 "HDTV med SHAW Direct Satellite med de flesta större nordamerikanska nätverk. Sovrummet har 46 "HDTV, det andra sovrummet en 40" HDTV, båda mottar stora USA-nätverk via inomhusantenn. Trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och skrivare ingår också.

Den privata bakgården är fullt anlagd och perfekt för underhållande med en möblerad täckt uteplats, en grill samt en gasspis sittgrupp. Parkerad i garaget är en golfvagn som är tillgänglig för månadsavgift på 200 dollar.

Två mästerskap, 18-håls golfbanor med mycket prisvärda green fees omger utvecklingen på PebbleCreek. Det finns tre uppvärmda pooler (två med badkar) och en olympisk storlek inomhuspool med körfält. Enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay in Pebblecreek... house was a bit dated, but all was in good working order and very comfortable. The owner was terrific to work with- very responsive to any and all questions I had. The back yard was lovely, with the trees were lighted up at night, making sitting out on the patio in the evening enjoying the stars the stars a pleasure. We never used the guest room or guest bathroom, but the master bedroom King bed was comfy , shower a bit tight on size, but adequate. We had lots of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped.

We loved our stay. Great location, played lots of golf, tennis and Pickleball, easy access to freeway. Would highly recommend for folks who like an active life.

Beautiful Rental with thoughtful owners!

The house is immaculately taken care of, very comfortably and thoughtfully stocked and furnished. There really is some serious intention around providing a great rental experience. The owners were very responsive and anticipated possible questions in both communications and instructions. It is a safe and quiet community close to all amenities. There is great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping near by. That said, it was nice to cook a meal at the house and enjoy morning coffee in the beautiful backyard. It was a relaxing stay and highly recommended!!

Great time Great place

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the open concept of the space, plus the back yard is quite the little oasis. We loved all of the amenities that Pebble Creek had to offer. There was never a shortage of things for my husband and I to do, and the golf cart made it very easy for us to get around and see the community too! Pebble creek is close to good shopping and great restaurants and very easy to get to from the I-10. We cannot wait to book our next visit. Thank you to Linda for being so great to deal with. Beautiful home with thoughtful owners!

The house is immaculately taken care of, very comfortably and thoughtfully stocked and furnished. There really is some serious intention around providing a great rental experience. The owners were very responsive and anticipated possible questions proactively in both their communications and instructions. It is a safe and quiet community close to all amenities. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops near by, that said - its quite nice to cook a meal at the house and enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful backyard. It was a relaxing stay and highly recommended!

We would come back in a heartbeat!

We were so fortunate to stay in this lovely home last winter in PebbleCreek. We loved everything about this house and PebbleCreek! This spotless house had a wonderful split floor plan with kingsize beds in both bedrooms. The back yard was pure magic especially at night when it lit up. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. PebbleCreek was great, from its wonderful golf courses, pickleball courts, baseball field, weight/fitness rooms and indoor and outdoor pools. We also enjoyed the wonderful performing arts theatre. The Friday fish and chips dinners and the buffet breakfasts on Sunday mornings were great. There are plenty of top restaurants in the area as well as good shopping! Owners were super.

We are from the cold north in Canada and chose to purchase a home in Arizona for its exceptional winter weather. We are still a few years away from retirement and are looking forward to the day that we can spend more time at our home in PebbleCreek.
