Stora Palm Valley hem med privat uppvärmd pool / spa i ett lugnt område

Vackra 1500 kvm / ft hem i Palm Valley community. Vårt hem har 3 sovrum och 2 fulla badrum som rymmer upp till 6 personer. Vi ligger nära flera vårutbildningsanläggningar i Goodyear, Surprise, Buckeye och Peoria. 15 minuter från ISM Raceway. Vi är också bredvid flera golfbanor inklusive Wigwam och Palm Valley Golf Course.

Vårt hem har en master svit med king size-säng, 40 i TV, klädkammare, badkar och separat dusch. Dessutom har det andra sovrummet en queen size-säng, med byrå / nattställning, och det tredje rummet har två enkelsängar med en nattduksbord. Vårt kök har apparater i rostfritt stål plus en ö med plats för 2 och ett matbord för 6 gäster. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gäster att använda också. Vardagsrummet har 2 fåtöljer och en liggande soffa med en 50in TV inklusive en stereomottagare med Bluetooth för att njuta av musik medan du sitter i spaet eller kopplar av på uteplatsen vid poolen. Poolen kan värmas mot en extra kostnad. Spa ingår. Uteplatsen har kärlekssits och 2 stolar med soffbord. Dessutom finns det 4 solstolar och ett bord med 4 stolar och paraply. Det finns också ett extra paraply och stå för de varma sommardagarna för lite extra skugga. Prova med en omgång CornHole eller en liten poolvolleyboll. Dessutom finns det kort, pussel, brädspel och böcker för gäster att njuta av.

Winter getaway!

We spent a couple of weeks at this home. Exactly as listed and communication with owner was great. Close to wonderful restaurants and mlb spring training. We enjoyed the pool and the spa was great after a day of hiking. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again.

Perfection!

We had a great stay at this Goodyear home! Everything is as described and then some, top notch and in working order. The homeowner has really thought of everything from pool towels and cozy beds to a legit blender and labeled light switches. This home is in excellent condition, close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Communication was excellent and everything is spelled out clearly for guests before arrival. I would recommend this home to friends/ family.

Was a great few days!

We had a great time here for a few days while visiting as a family for Spring Training! The only problem we encountered was that the Master shower was not usable. It had a leak. The owner ordered a new part and it was delivered during our stay, but we did not install it and ended up using the secondary shower for our needs.

Family visit

I have a brother living in Pebble Creek in Goodyear. My sister and her husband flew in from Arkansas, my husband and I from Alaska. Some played golf, baseball game and lots of lounging by the pool. This property had everything we needed and then some!! Property owner was very accessible for any questions. We would come back in a heartbeat

It is hard to imagine needing anything beyond what this house offered. The pool and yard are awesome and the house is clean. There are many extras provided. I would highly recommend this property. The area has great choices for restaurants and shopping.

Great property, very well kept and comfortable, enjoyed sunny, warm days in the pool and spa, and movie nights inside on reclining couch, even better than anticipated. This is a gem and perfect for a group with seniors to preteens. When I leave the below zero temps of the far north, I am heading back to this same spot. In one world,-fabulous.

Winter Weekend in the Sun

This house was great from front to back. The neighborhood was convenient and well maintained. The house was in great shape and was very well appointed with kitchen, bath, and outdoor items all provided and in good repair. The pool and spa were enjoyed each day, and the large covered area and grass area were great features. The proximity to Luke Air Force base provided us with a great view of their fighter jets taking off and landing. We went for long walks each day and the area was flat and very safe. We would recommend this house to others, and would return ourselves.

This property was the best Vrbo experience yet.The home was very clean and had lots of towels, ,kitchen had all the necessities. The pool and hot tub was really great. It was in a very good location to get on the freeway and do whatever you want. Grocery store was close and just about any restaurant that you want was within minutes We would definitely stay there again. Was in a very quiet neighborhood. Only thing I did not like was had to pay a hundred dollar insurance policy for damage.

Awesome home

This owner has thought of everything for the visitor. It has all the necessary amenities. It was very comfortable. The pool was wonderful since it was so hot while we were there. My granddaughter and I swam daily! The neighborhood was great and quiet. The owner has a very detailed book on “how to” for everything in the house including labeling the light switches! Convenient location to restaurants, groceries and major highways. I would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful property

We had a great week in this beautiful Goodyear home. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we had planned. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa a lot! Everything you need was available including plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils etc. The people before us even left cold beer in the fridge :). A great trip, would definitely stay again.
