Detta är en verklig fastighet vid havet som ligger på bästa möjliga plats och den trevligaste byggnaden i området. Består av 3 fulla sovrum plus 3 fulla bad, gourmetkök, rymligt vardagsrum, stor pool med enorm badtunna, underjordisk parkering, naturstengolv, yttre ytbehandlingar, lyxiga sängkläder och madrasser, rostfri Weber Genesis BBQ på din balkong vid havet och Mer. Det blir inte mycket bättre än detta.

Dessutom tillhandahåller vi en städservice för hemmet varannan dag under din vistelse. Fastighetsförvaltaren kommer personligen att kolla in dig i lägenheten och hjälpa dig att bekanta dig med området samtidigt som du erbjuder löpande conciergetjänst för din grupp som du vill.

En kort promenad till ett antal Playa Langosta barer och restauranger och en 10-15 minuters promenad till Tamarindo Town (eller 2 minuters bilresa) ger dig många alternativ. Området har många livsmedelsbutiker (stora och små) och vi kan till och med samordna livsmedel som ska levereras till hemmet före din ankomst.

Amazing stay!!

Had an amazing 5 night stay in this wonderful house. The house was absolutely perfect, well equipped, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view from the balcony was nothing short of amazing. The property was great in every way. Loved the convenience of the assigned underground parking. Would absolutely stay again!!!!

The condo was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and felt safe. The only issue we had was that the beds are very firm and we wished we had comforters or extra blankets. The beach is beautiful but it is very rocky.

On the beach in Tamarindo

We stayed in this beautiful, well appointed condo fo 4 weeks located right on Langosta beach within walking distance of Tamarindo. It was a great experience and family and friends really enjoyed spending time with my wife and I. We had a rental car so we were also able to see other areas when we wanted. Highly recommend it!

Luxurious Condo, Great Location

Love this area, just far away from the busy town but close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach and very nice accommodations. Only one negative was furniture in family room had a "not-so fresh" smell which was overwhelming.

Beautiful Condio

Great ocean front location. Sunsets were amazing. The his trip we actually saw a monkey walking on the pool wall. Beautiful property and we will definitely be back soon.

Spacious

We really enjoyed the space to more about. The condo rooms were large with plenty of storage. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. The security guards were helpful and prompt. I was disappointed with the beach it was rockier than expected, and the view of the beach was blocked by the trees.

The pictures don't do it justice

This condo was truly amazing. I rarely say that a place looks better in real life than the pictures posted. The balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the condo is huge. There were 5 of us but this condo can comfortably sleep 8 (in beds). Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for me, especially being near the beach. There were plenty of extra linens. Concierge was very responsive when I had questions. The property is gated and we felt very safe the entire time. Two pieces of constructive criticism, because no place is perfect :) The parking (under the building) is very tight. We had a rental SUV and it was a challenge getting it in and out of the very small spot, but not impossible. A small car would be no problem. There are quite a few crabs (sand crabs?) in the condo. We found 3-4 a day throughout our stay. I did ask building management and they said this was "part of the beauty of Costa Rica". We would have preferred if that beauty stayed outside the condo. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I just think they should make you aware in advance since there are so many.

Incredible Stay

The view is out of this world. My family, fiance and I stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier with the property. Every room is larger than you'd expect and the balcony provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean every evening.
