Denna härliga, eleganta övre villa i Tamarindo / Langosta-området ligger inbäddat i en intim miljö med 5 villor som heter Casablanca, som omger en vacker pool med enastående tropisk vegetation. Tvärs över gatan är den mest underbara säker sandstrand som är perfekt för simning, promenader, jogging och bra för barnen. Det finns en stor privat terrass med utsikt över poolen samt en andra trädgård uteplats där du kan njuta av lugnet och ljud av de många tropiska fåglar och titta på bosatt iguana. De ljud och synen av vrålapor är en otrolig upplevelse.
Hemmet är vackert inredda och höga välvda teak tak skapar en härlig atmosfär. Det finns tre sovrum med dubbelsängar samt en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns luftkonditionering samt takfläktar i varje rum.
Det är ett modernt fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror och granit bänkskivor. Det finns en utegrill runt poolområdet.

Inkluderat är veckovis städservice och daglig städservice finns tillgänglig på begäran. Det finns internet och kabel-TV och det finns privat säker parkering bredvid villan.

Njut av de många restauranger och affärer i Tamarindo eller promenera längs ändlösa sandstränder. Det finns en liten livsmedelsbutik en kort bit bort, men för ett fantastiskt urval av livsmedel butik på ultramoderna nyöppnade Auto Mercado stormarknad.

Denna villa är mycket bra priser och njuta av hög kvalitet boende till ett överkomligt pris. Det är en stor familj plats.

Super great for our family! Location, amenities!

We are 5 adults an a 3 yr old. Pool and beach proximity perfect for our needs. Host had excellent recommendations for restaurants and services I likes that it was a little beyond but a short walk to the busier centre.

Perfect family vacation in beautiful Tamarindo

We’re just back from an amazing week in Tamarindo, having enjoyed a lovely family vacation staying at Syd and Lynne’s beautiful place in Tamarindo. The location was ideal, with the beach just a quick walk across the street and shops and restaurants a nearby walk away. It was easy to get around by Uber for those in our group that couldn’t walk as far. We spent a lot of time lounging by the lovely pool, when we weren’t at the beach. We also arranged a couple of tours with the help of Willy, the property manager, and really enjoyed Our outings. The unit where we stayed was perfect for our family of 6 (3kids plus grandma) - comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed and when we had questions or an unexpected need, Willy was super responsive to our texts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. It was perfect!

Great Stay

Great property for our family of 5. Easy and quick access to the ocean, and added bonus of a pool. Perfect location close/walkable to downtown, but not in the noisy mix. Very nice restaurant next door

Beautiful villa in Tamarindo

The villa is located ideally…easy to access the beach and all amenities in Tamarindo. We didn’t rent a vehicle and found it easy to walk where we wanted to go. The villa itself is spectacular- the perfect space for our family. Willy, the property manager arranged for pick up from the airport and then met us when we arrived. He was thorough in his explanation of the property. Additionally, dealing with Syd, the owner of the property went smoothly- very accommodating of our travel changes. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a week

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Well located, lots of restaurants nearby, especially next door for breakfast. Villa very well appointed, particularly if you wish to self cater. Great laundry facilities which were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place!

We had a fantastic stay, the unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the pool area was perfect. This is such a great location, walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to town. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous property and location

Across the street from the beach, next door to a fabulous new bakery and restaurant (Sofia Mediterranean), great pool on site and the layout of the villa was perfect. Our bedroom was connected via French door to another bedroom that our small children stayed in. It gave us privacy while also giving me the chance to check on the kids whenever I wanted. Great property with a great location!

Great location.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, only issue we had was the power went out on the last night which was not any fault of the owners. We emailed Willie the next day and he was getting it fixed but we had already checked out . Great location and great host.

Paradise in Tamarindo

This Villa was fantastic! Just as described. It was clean inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. The pool was a perfect place to relax and meet other visitors. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot - Total Comfort

Loved our stay here. This place is steps from a safe mellow surf break and short walk to downtown and lots of dining options and shops. Very short drive to other surf breaks nearby. The place itself was very comfortable which was great after long days outside. All the AC units are newer and quiet, we all slept great.

Great Location

Perfect location for Tamarindo. Easy to walk to the beach in 5 minutes and a quick 3-5 minute drive to get any where in Tamarindo. Pool was nice at night. The property also has beach chairs and towels for the beach, they came invery handy.

Amazing family vacation

The owners were easy to reach and helped out with all the questions we had. The apartment and grounds were gorgeous cool and quiet. Town was maybe a 5 min walk with lots of bustle, shopping and restaurants to explore. The beach was right across the street and the chairs and umbrella that our hosts provided were so great to have. Willy (our local host) was super helpful for reliable, comfortable transportion and suggestions and contacts for all excursions. We would absolutely stay here next time we visit the beautiful country of Costa Rica!
