Vår lägenhet är perfekt beläget på prisvärda östra hörnet 15: e våningen direkt utsikt över utomhuspoolen på Phoenix Gulf Shores med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla nöden med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom golv till tak fönster i enheten. Med över 1.980 m² är enheten väldigt rymlig, nyutrustad och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheterna är rikliga på denna condo i Phoenix Gulf Shores: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrummet och en plattskärm 55" HDTV i master och 2: a sovrummet och 43 " Smart TV i 3: e och 4: e sovrum, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Great!

We came off season, but loved it. Great location, and nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the water on the balcony. Everything worked great. Appreciate the vacuums to clean up sand. Also, no issues w elevators (likely bc off season and not busy). Definitely coming back!

Family Vacation

We had the best time stay at this condo. The views were amazing, the beds were all comfortable, and there was enough room for 10 of us. I would definitely recommend!!

Would be nice to have a real dish towel and dish rag and maybe a better supply of toilet paper. Nothing to do with the property but not happy that The Hangout Restaurant charges a flat !0.00 fee if you use a debit or credit card. Who carries cash anymore and Im sure they aren't hurting for money! And most places/restaurants charge a 3.5% fee for using cards. Just wrong in my opinion!

Beautiful condo

Had a wonderful long weekend trip. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Very nice furnishings. Beds comfortable. Really large space and huge kitchen so does not feel crowded even with big group. Easy check in and quick responses from management team. Beautiful views from large patio. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with large water slide the kids loved. Close to beach with easy access. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Even though it was chilly outside we still managed beach time and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There was lots of pool time for the youngest and the hot tubs were wonderful. Everything we needed was right there with a major grocery shopping we stayed in playing games and watching football. We would definitely like to do this again. Our big outing was to OWA water/amusement park that was amazing for the. We had 5 adults, a 15 year old, a 12, and a 6 year old. Lovely furnished home.

Great place for a family getaway

Very nice condo and had no issues during our stay. That said I prefer VRBO rentals where you can have contact with the actual property owner after the reservation is confirmed to ask any questions about details of the property that you might have rather than having to deal with an agent from a big corporation. This system was efficient but very in-personal.

Serenity

We enjoyed the condo so much! The views were spectacular, saw dolphins daily! The ice make was amazing. Our family loved eating out on the balcony, the table was perfect. The beds and bedrooms were very nice. The pools, both indoor and out were a big hit with all of us. We enjoyed the waterslide very much. The only thing I would add if I was the owner would be beach service. It would have been nice to utilize chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

Our Annual Girls Trip

The room looked just like the pictures on line.The only suggestion we have is more kitchen towels and we had problems getting all the televisions on and of. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay . Definite will return.

OMG! Fabulous...Worth Every Penny.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrating 45th wedding anniversary with kids and "grands"...we worried for months about cleanliness, elevators, beach. Everything was absolutely top notch. Very clean, fast elevators...never much waiting and the beach was awesome. The condo actually was almost perfect. The only (very minor) thing would have been nice to have hooks in the bathrooms or one of those retractable clotheslines for wet swim suits and towels. Otherwise...everyone was so happy. It was a great celebration trip!!

Great Family Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our needs. We all wanted to stay longer. Very clean and just as pictured. Kitchen has everything you would need plus more. Balcony very spacious. With 4 adults and two teenagers we had all the space we needed without being crowded. Would rent again without hesitation!’

Spacious beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was very spacious and accommodated our special needs equipment for our grandson and still allowed plenty of room for our family. It’s beautifully decorated and has the BEST VIEWS through all the floor to ceiling windows. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is there. I put 4 stars for cleaning because we had a toddler and the floors hadn’t been mopped and were dirty. But otherwise, the condo was perfect for our six person family. One bedroom has two queen beds instead of a king but it was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely place!

The view was amazing and we cooked in most nights so there was plenty of space for the 8 of us to eat in the kitchen and lots of cookware, even a stock pot to do a seafood boil. We could've used more towels, however, and the cleaners did an okay job getting ready for us, maybe pay a little more attention (the floors were dirty and the kitchen could use a little more attention). We stayed on the 15th floor and it was super quiet. We would return.

First VRBO Vacation

Beautiful views, not too far to walk or drive to grocery stores, restaurants and fun. The condo was beautiful, clean and maintenance person was right there when we had an issue with the furnace. The oven had a heating issue, and the dryer could be replaced. All in all, we loved our place.
