Vår lägenhet är perfekt belägen på 18: e våningen direkt med utsikt över utomhuspoolerna vid Phoenix Gulf Shores med otrolig panoramautsikt över viken från vardagsrummet och sovrummen! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås så att du inte behöver hålla nere med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i enheten. Med över 1 980 kvm är enheten mycket rymlig, nyinredd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheter finns rikligt på denna Phoenix Gulf Shores lägenhet: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "plattskärms HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt skärm 55" HDTV i master och andra sovrummet och 45 " HDTV i 3: e och 4: e sovrummet, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Det finns en king size-säng i Master och 2: a sovrummet och två Queen sängar i 3: e och 4: e sovrummen, vi tillåter också två barn att sova i soffan, sängkläder tillhandahålls.

Beautiful unit!

The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

Family vacation

Fabulous location! Great for the grand babies lots to keep them busy. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bachelorette trip

The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this great condo for a week with 8 adults and 6 very small children. The unit sleeps 14 per website but the rooms were portrayed with some sort of wide angle lens but in reality are very small other than the master bedroom. We made it work but could not really spread out at all and unfortunately it rained for 3 days of our stay making it more difficult to remain inside with all of us. Had one maintenance issue but Michael handled it quickly and efficiently.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed!

This is the most beautiful and clean property I’ve ever stayed at. The listing is 100% accurate. The only thing that is not posted is that when you check in the person at the desk will give you wrist bands for everyone over the age of 5, once you put them on there is no way to take them off, we were not aware of that and a couple of people in our group put theirs on a little too tight. Its a small detail, it did not affect the trip, just giving the heads up for anyone else who stays here. 10/10 recommend this property.

Spring Break

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 1801 as an extended family for spring break. It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We stayed the entire week and had a blast. Close to restaurants with a short walk to some and others just a short car ride. There's a small convenient grocery store right across the street for last minute items. The Walmart is maybe 2 miles away for Groceries. The property is right on the beach and from the 18th floor you can watch Dolphins and see other things in the water from the covered balcony. From the balcony we even saw a Shark swimming along the shore in the morning. The condo is plenty big enough for multiple people to stay and not feel crowded. The view from the unit with corner and back windows is amazing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and we cooked quite a bit. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool we we used alot and the beach is big and lots of room to spread out if you don't want to be right next to someone. We went the 2nd week of September which is the start low season and it was awesome. Light crowds and no waiting at most restaurants. The maintenance crew at the property were always cleaning and improving the place so it was clean everywhere. Also the gym in the building has alot to offer as afar as equipment. It has a full view of the beach and made working out almost fun. ;)

Browns vacation

Very good overall except for your parking pass policy. I had my renal car exchanged and the pass I purchased on Sunday did not get transferred. I was made to pay an additional $58 or my car would be towed. I did not think that was fair. We had proof I paid.

1801 west beach Blvd Phoenix property

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.

Great spot for physically challenged!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family brought my 70 year old mother with mobility issues. The parking garage was convenient, and the elevator was fast! The pool was accessible, although the indoor pool deck gets super slippery. We rented a motorized beach wheelchair and a shower chair from Beach Power Rentals. Both items were amazing, and really allowed my mother to enjoy her time. The chair rental guy even put extra sand at the bottom of the ramp to the beach to make sure she would be able to use it. This unit has amazing windows, and the outdoor furniture and kitchen items were just right. I felt like we were in a good location, convenient to all GS has to offer. I would stay in this location again.

Great Location!!

This place is great for family’s. We enjoyed being on the beach and the two pool options for kids. Our view was spectacular! Biggest complaint is the loud beds. Every time you moved or even rolled over the entire bed creaked. This made it challenging with little ones who were sleeping in cribs. Ever room was seriously really loud haha. Unfortunately the pool heater broke part way through our stay so the heated pool was pretty cold. Also our dryer in our unit didn’t work very well. We finally figured out the issue the final day, but it wouldn’t dry things except on one setting. Water pressure was pretty limited and lights seemed to be dim or flickering in certain rooms. Vacuum that was provide was operational as well. None of this was a negative for us, but I think the unit could use a bit of maintenance / upkeep. Overall I would still recommend this and rank it 4.8/5 :) *Please upgrade the beds and box springs :)

March 2023 Family Trip

Overall very nice condo and location. We enjoyed the small grocery store right across the street and the friendliness of all the staff we interacted with. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and playing in the waves. It was too cold to really enjoy the outdoor pool but my kids gave the slide a couple rounds and still enjoyed it. My mom has trouble walking but she was able to get down to the beach and walk to the shore via the elevator and ramp. You will need a code to get to the beach and that wasn’t communicated until we couldn’t open the gate and another person told us. The only negative was the beds were really loud, as in they creaked every time someone turned over or sat down, even my kids noticed and complained. I would rent with Phoenix again.
